We went to this Chili’s today and hands down it was the best service we’ve ever had at any Chili’s location, anywhere in the country.
Elijah was our waiter and he was absolutely phenomenal. He was attentive without being overbearing, incredibly friendly, and always one step ahead. He brought us refills before we even had to ask just by noticing our drinks were getting low, which really shows how much he cares about his tables.
What truly stood out was that this wasn’t just about one great server. Every single person we interacted with was welcoming and on their game. The host greeted us warmly as soon as we walked in. The staff who brought out our drinks were friendly and attentive. The bus staff worked quickly and efficiently, keeping everything cleared without disrupting our meal. You could clearly see that everyone was working hard, communicating, and functioning as a true team.
The restaurant itself was very clean and well maintained, which made the experience even better. It’s obvious that this location takes pride not only in their service, but in their space and how they work together.
We even overheard other tables saying this was the best Chili’s they’d ever been to because of the service and the food, and we couldn’t agree more. The food tasted great, but the exceptional service, teamwork, and cleanliness are what truly set this location apart.
Huge shoutout to Elijah and the entire team for setting the bar so high. We will absolutely be back.

I just want to express that chilis is my go too place, but after this visit, I will think twice before coming to this location again. To start off, when drinks were brought out by the food runner, he literally brought all 6 drinks with no tray and he ended up spilling one of our drinks on my phone. Second, our chips and salsa I ordered first took forever to get to us. I ordered a queso some time later and that came out first than my chips and salsa. Several other servers came afterwards asking us if we ordered chips and salsa. Like aren’t they suppose to know that already? Our food took forever to get to us, even though the restaurant was half empty. We had asked for no tomatoes on our Cajun pasta and came with tomatoes, but at this point I was just aggravated with the whole delay and uncertainty that was happening. No one cared to buss our table, seeing our mess, and I tried to keep it organized as much as I can, but no one cared to pick up our empty plates. Just a horrible experience overall. Some retraining has to happen because this was by far the worst.

If i could give this store a 0! TRUST ME I WOULD, i was craving a molten and i got a DoorDash order from then i was enjoying it with my LITTER SISTER! And i got stuck by a screw inside my cheeks. There were several mistakes.They all got corrected. I got a little irritated because I know I speak clearly and loudly so I was confused as to why the drain wasn’t made correctly. Then, I had to ask for sauce twice. Little small stuff, nothing major overall decent experience. I hadn’t been to Chili’s in a while and we decided to go for lunch. Overall, it was a nice experience. The service was a bit slow despite not being busy, and items were missing from the order, but it was rectified.
Aside from that, the food was hot, tasty, and seasoned well. The atmosphere felt like the Chili’s of my last visit some years ago.
It was enjoyable and I’ll definitely be back.
