The 13 cookie tote is very delicious but this is how it looks the next day, fused together. With a butter knife and a lot of effort, I was able to pry off pieces. Again, tastes good, but I think they should have some sort of dividers to prevent this.

I went through the drive-through. I ordered my food when I got to the window. I asked the lady named YONY for extra barbecue sauce. She said it was some already in the bag. I said yes I know I want extra then she called me stupid just flat out. Call me stupid for no reason at all. She should be fired immediately,If you don’t like your job, they shouldn’t be working.McDonald’s Should have a higher standards for employees with good customer service cause this is very embarrassing.i will never spend another dollar at this location(8214 n Florida ave location)

We went through the drive-through before stopping by the zoo to get out daughter a happy meal and we were left with a chicken nugget basket with some weird form of white sauce all over the insides.

I love the homeless bum camped in the men’s room, that’s special.
The kiosk ordering doesn’t take coupons, so I had to stand around and wait on a manger to take my order??? I used to go here weekly. Relocated, now back. I think I’ll just skip it going forward. Too much aggravating drama

I ordered a 40 piece nugget shareable meal for 6 people and the first issue was that they forgot all of the sauces, zero sauce for 40 nuggets! And the second issue was that we opened the boxes of nuggets and they were missing 4 nuggets each box. Absolute great way to keep McDonalds shitty customer service reputation alive

Lady at the drive through threw away our receipt after we paid for our order, and then the person that was supposed to give us our food couldn’t find the order. They argued about it between themselves and when we asked for a manager or supervisor they said nobody was there. They took our money and didnt even give us our food.

There isn’t really anything I can complain about. I don’t eat at McDonald’s often so I wish I could have been helped with the menu more. But I still enjoyed the food and it was good to sit in the seating area and take in the atmosphere.

Not a professional bone in this building. I’m not sure what I expected coming to this location, but I digress.
First of all, every teenager in the kitchen is speaking at a volume that is inhospitable. Everyone has a stink face and becomes EXTREMELY bothered when they are asked to (God forbid) do their job. I ordered two McDoubles plain, and they did not hand me two plain McDoubles. Instead, they handed me two McDoubles with no Ketchup. When I asked them to remake my order (correctly this time), the employee’s expressed annoyance with my request and called me broke in conversation with their coworkers. They also took forever, but that’s besides the point. What does that have to do with each other? Anyway, they also forgot my sauces, and were out of Hot Mustard (despite it being marked as available on the kiosk). Right…
Overall, the food was serviceable. What I don’t understand is the attitude and unprofessionalism from everyone present. I will not be back at this location.

⭐️ 0/10 — WOULD RATHER WALK HOME HUNGRY

I placed a mobile order thinking I’d be in and out. Bold of me. Instead, McDonald’s forced me into the drive-thru hostage situation where I sat for OVER 30 MINUTES watching my life choices flash before my eyes.

Finally get to the pickup window… and THAT’S when they decide to tell me they’re OUT OF SWEET & SOUR SAUCE.
You know—THE ONLY SAUCE WORTH EATING.

No warning.
No apology.
Just attitude.

The vibe was very much: “Yeah, we don’t have it. And?”
Like I hadn’t just waited half an hour for nuggets that now had no reason to exist.

They offered other sauces, which felt less like customer service and more like psychological warfare. BBQ? Ranch? I didn’t ask to be punished.

This wasn’t just bad service—it was a masterclass in not caring. The wait was ridiculous, the communication was nonexistent, and the indifference was almost impressive.

Am I being dramatic?
Yes.
Did I hate every second of this experience?
ABSOLUTELY.

McDonald’s really said:
“I’m lovin’ it”
while I was not. At. All.
