The employee at the front counter was very rude. I asked for a meal and separate sandwich. She asked which one was the meal and which was the sandwich and had a weird attitude about it. I said is everything okay? And she just kept repeating the total. It was very strange. Not to mention I went back in to refill my drink and I heard her say as I was leaving “you got something to say to me?” I am not sure why she was acting like this as I was just ordering my food.
It was a younger black female behind the counter. My visit was 11/20/25 at around 6pm.

Kinda mad. Went through the drive through and came home just to realize they gave us the wrong order… Yes I checked before driving off. Looked in the bag and saw my kids food and two wrapped sandwiches and figured my jalapeno poppers were at the bottom… Two sandwiches were wrong and come to find out we had a weird sub at the bottom.. it was supposed to be two double beef and cheddars with extra cheese and just got a chicken sandwich and a beef sandwich and an extra sandwich with beef and swiss but it was a sub. Y’all this comment is a lot just for Arby’s ,I know but after having a baby I’m kinda sad about it.

I decided to try their cheeseburger, and it wasn’t good. Maybe the worst fast food chain cheeseburger I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot! It was slopped together and just didn’t taste good. In fairness to the Arby’s chain, this location’s curly fries were not very good either, had an off smell like old grease or something. And I normally like Arby’s curly fries.
I did not finish the meal, which never happens to me. I decided to write off the $12.48 I spent on the meal and eat again elsewhere.

The Arby’s staff were very friendly and the food came out hot. Only downsides were the soda machine not having Dr Pepper, and the small joint being packed with Airborne soldiers

I have always been a huge fan of Arby’s but the last few times I’ve had it there have seemed to be more and more issues at this location. Last time my large curly fries was over half empty, this time sandwich appears to be WAY smaller than normal (the end of it has been cut off). What happened? Who got to eat the rest of my sandwich?
The staff here are always friendly though.

From by fast 2 experiences:
1. (First time date don’t remember) Service was fast by the food was burnt. They used burnt oil to cook the fried they smelled bad and black stuff all over them.
2. (1/31/25)When I arrived know one was up front the employees was in the back talking (should have been my warning sign) after about 3-5 minutes the cashier came to the front but was rude (like she didn’t have time to do her job). Service was slow, asked about a milkshake and she said the milkshake machine was broken and said it had been broken for 2 – 2 1/2 years. Which I know was wrong because I’ve ordered one before. Food and drinks were not that good.

Food was ok, but a random dude came in and threatened to kill himself to the Arby’s cashier. Made me sad. 🙁 Burger was ight tho ngl.

I was actually pretty surprised by how good this Arby’s is. I got the Gyro, the Turkey Club and the classic: beef and cheddar. It was all delicious, fresh veggies on the first two items, and the gal that worked there was very professional, polite and efficient. She also gave me a decent amount of sauce- not just one. 5 stars.

If you’re going to come to this Arby’s and use the drive-through don’t expect it to go quick even when there’s only two cars in front of you. Over 20 minutes of having to wait in line this time 21 April 2017, it has happened many times before this also.

You need to hire more people for this location. It took me about a half an hour in the drive thru. It’s not fair to the employees to have to deal with drive thru and lobby with only one person working. As a cooperation like Arby’s, it’s completely unacceptable for customers and completely unethical for the the employees.
