I am very disappointed with the recent changes at this restaurant. I have been a loyal customer for the past two years, but my recent experiences have not met the standards. I have noticed that an employee who previously worked at this location is no longer present. The heavy set light skin girl is who i’m missing!! she consistently provided excellent service, NEVER FAILED TO MAKE MY BOWLS SO GOOD!! and she also was the best burrito roller there (according to my wife). She was so funny and I absolutely loved her! IF SHE WAS WORKING SHE WOULD BE THE ONLY ONE MAKING MY ENTREES!! but… during my recent visits, I have seen that there is new staff members who have not demonstrated the same level of courtesy or attentiveness and let’s not talk about the PORTION SIZES! TERRIBLE! I TRULEY hope the management will take this feedback into consideration and work toward restoring this crappy place!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a burrito online and it said it would be ready in 10 minutes. It took me 12 minutes to get there, upon my arrival it took at least 4 or 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my presence at the counter. When I told them my name the guy went and very begrudgingly looked at the the only three to-go bags that were there. Looked at me and said we don’t have an order by that name. I then pulled my email and showed him and confirmed that it was the correct address. He went back and looked again and then handed me my bag where my name was clearly printed. I don’t know if he couldn’t read or what, but that type of service is unacceptable and there’s a reason they have less than four stars.

Go to any other location! Sad to admit I eat chipotle multiple times a week. This is quite literally the worst location I’ve ever been to in the last decade. The staff is so incredibly rude for no reason? They actually refused to give me shredded cheese on the side…? To the heavy set woman with the glasses and awkward and combative demeanor – not sure what your problem was other than maybe you wanted to eat the cheese yourself?
Anyways, go to any other location!!

I’m so tired of coming to this location and being harassed by the beggars that sit outside every single day. They are always there. Today I was yelled at because I wouldn’t give the homeless man money. He called me a stripper!! The police that sit in the parking lot won’t do anything they said the management needs to call and have these people trespassed.
I’ve already called corporate and I do expect an update on what is being done about the situation. This is completely unacceptable.

Arrived at 0930pm. The staff where already cleaning and shutting the Restaraunt down. Staff disclosed having not cooked any fresh food since approximately 0730pm. The manager came out and told me they just don’t have anymore right now.

Walking up I realized there was hardly anyone here during dinner hours. Should’ve been the first sign. They gave me a whisper of rice, a mountain of lettuce and hardly any chicken. My bowl was just lettuce and undercooked rice. Normally I attribute the bad service to just the employees and not the restaurant as a whole, but It was so bad that I will not be returning.

Customer service was great. As soon as I told the girl about diet restrictions she immediately washed her hands thoroughly and changed gloves and proceeded to serve my plate. Location is convenient.

I frequent this chipotle location often. The food is always excellent, the location clean, and the staff is always friendly. I often run into Nour who is one of the team members there, she is always very friendly, professional, and helpful.

First and last time at this location. The workers look like they are having a bad day, I get it they work all day but I didn’t like the atmosphere at this location. I couldn’t eat in because a customer was being a disturbance making noise and laughing loud. Then I see her go sit outside and she had poop stain on her pants. We decided to eat in the car. The food was good but I won’t visit this location again
