Love this place! The food is always hot and delicious! The cookie butter shake (November specialty shake) is the absolute best. Ricky in the drive thru is so helpful and sweet, he will put a smile on your face

I got the Double Boy with cheese and all the toppings, and my wife had the Burger Boy all the way with cheese and jalapeños. Both burgers were flavor-packed without being overly greasy. The secret is the toppings—especially those jalapeños! They were sautéed just a little bit, giving them an incredible pop of flavor that defines the Tex-Mex burger style.
We also devoured an XL Crinkle Fry loaded with bacon, jalapeños, and cheese. The fries themselves are excellent, and the toppings were phenomenal; those jalapeños seemed lightly fried or crisped and were damn good!
An amazing meal from top to bottom. If you want a classic, flavorful, genuinely local burger, this is the spot. We’ll be back!

Went with my girl on a trip to San Antonio. The smell activated our senses and we instantly elected to visit after our Ikea run.
I got the Overtime, she got the Burger Boy, the shake was fantastic, the food was amazing and the fries are crinkly! What a lovely surprise. I am smiling big from a delicious meal.

Please pass the word to Upper Management/Owner that the front-line service with a smile set the right tone for our family of three today as we dined-in and enjoyed our first stop at this location of Burger Boy. I had to take a moment and thank the manager on duty and find out the name (Chris) of the gentleman who assisted us by taking our order. Additionally, a young lady who delivered our food to the table was friendly and efficient. It was clear when I spoke with the manager, who was also kind and friendly, that this is the standard of expectation here for how to treat customers. In a world which seems lost in this way all too often, please know how much this is appreciated! Blessings to you and we will support the restaurant again soon.

The disappointing thing about this review is the food was actually decent. I’ve not had such terrible service in years. We ordered our food, everyone else behind us got their food and we had to go back up to the counter to ask about ours. Don’t get a milkshake because we asked about that after the food and the guy said “it’s not his problem”. This is the first and last time we will eat at Burger boy. I can’t believe we drove past an In n Out and a Whataburger to eat here.

We love this location. Always better than the other that’s close however i pulled up tonight, 1/26 at 650 pm and there is a young man with a very thin sweater OUTSIDE taking order with no heater or anything. ABSOLUTELY disgusting. I don’t care how long the line gets it’s INSANE to have anyone out here with no gloves, proper clothes outside taking orders in 30 degree weather.

Okay Burger Boy is naturally on top of there stuff. For whatever reason Burger Boy located in Live Oak just was not on there game. It was my first and last time going to this location due to how they missed my order. One they only gave us one order of fries when the receipt clearly shows there should have been two orders. Following this the whole jalapeno I ordered on the side was missing. And the working man burger I order didn’t have pickles. These are mistakes I could understand at some other fast food establishment but not at Burger Boy. And worstly they were not even packed. So for these reasons I rated them with ⭐⭐. And by the time I got to where we were going we were way to far away to turn back. So in the end we didn’t get what we paid for, if you do decide to do take out or drive thru be sure to double check ur food.
