This was our second visit.
We were impressed thw first time, this time wasnt as great.
I had a fish sandwich. The fish was very rubbery and chewy. Certainly seemed to have been sitting around for a bit. It was not made fresh.
Similar issue with my wife’s burger. It was not fresh, it wasnt even hot enough to melt cheese. The cheese was not melted at all.
The food was disappointing.

The drive thru is slow but they park you to wait for your food order. Comes out within reasonable time. Food is always fresh and hot cooked to order. Concrete mixers are great! Very thick and creamy. I got the Oreo with cheesecake pieces. It was delicious. My kids got the cookie dough flavor which they both ate rather quickly and were happy. They do a flavor of the day. I do recommend them for food or a dessert. Prices are a little high but the quality is great. Inside is nice with plenty of seating in ther large dining room. Baby high chairs also avail. Bathroom was clean and smelled good. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. . I will be back for another dessert soon. Thanks guys.

Always very polite. Food is good and crafted to order. Shakes are very thick and delicious. Only issue is that they don’t really put extra ketchup when I ask for it but that’s a fixable issue. Otherwise good food conveniently located off the diagonal.

I’m always happy with Culver’s. I’ve never had any bad experiences or food or anything like that. The last time we were there, last night, one person behind the counter was particularly helpful. She was adorable unfortunately I did not get her name. Bad on me! I had kind of a difficult order and she was patient and helped me figure it out. I was there with a friend, the friend was having a bad day. When we were leaving this team member actually reached out and told my friend that she hoped her day got better. This person probably waited on 50 people between the time when we came in and we left and she made it a point to send joy to my friend. Good for her. Again my bad I should have had a name.

For a fast food restaurant, this was very good. The kids’ meal came with a coupon for a small ice cream. The meat was all very fresh, and the cheese curds were a treat as well. Fries were very fresh and they you a lot of options for the sandwiches

The food is always wonderful at this location. The custard is something I have come to love. It is richer and creamier than any ice cream I have ever had. Goes perfect with the burgers.

After 4-star experiences at other Culver’s, this location could not deliver the goods. Rude, unhelpful service, bested by an incorrect order that then took for-ev-er, which turned out again to be incorrect & incomplete (think: cod fish sandwich with only a bottom bun). Store 349 in Thornton, Colorado left me thinking I can just cross this chain off my list.
