Went there since it popped up for vegan places close to where I was at the time. Wasn’t really anyone in there considering the time I was there (before lunch).
Was greeted immediately. Everything is vegan so I really did relax with whatever I ordered. I forgot the name but it was a huge burger with onion rings and other toppings on it. The bread was great too. Had that with sweet potatoe fries and a mint lemonade. It was a great meal! It was though a little pricey. Unfortunately, inn this country, if you don’t eat animal it’s easy more expensive. No government subsidies to help with veggies and the like. Aside from that though, it was so good I ordered another one of what I had and another kind of burger to go. It was so freakin worth it! The only thing is the staff that brought my food didn’t bring the extra ketchup I requested. And after a while I had to go get someone to get it for me (not setup for me to do it myself). Not a fan of being forgotten at a restaurant. Especially when it’s very slow. Aside from that, the new wait staff that helped made sure I was taken care of. I don’t hold something that small against the entire establishment. But, I did dock them a star in “Service” just as a reminder (if it’s ever read by the company). Not upset about it then or now.
Go get some grub here though. You WON’T be disappointed!!!

Great plant based options!! Food is fresh tasting and pretty nicely seasoned. They have a banh mi steak version w pickled veggies, which is pretty darn tasty.

Nice healthy options. I particularly like their protein greens and far east rice bowl. Wish their outdoor area was a little more cozy or inviting.

Really good fast food concept! The restaurant was excellent in terms of cleanness, service, ambience and super fast service. The food is good but not overly amazing. I appreciate the variety of plant based urban dishes but I felt they kind Fall on the plain side. Not much flavor. We’ve had better chicken burgers elsewhere… I’m glad I added the mushrooms (+2.95$) because otherwise my impossible burger would have been way too plain. Anyways it’s good overall.

Pretty good food at a decent price. Takeout took longer than expected. Plenty of free 1 hr parking on the side of the streets nearby (but can get crowded at night). Spacious and comfortable with lots of seating. Love the creativity of veggie options on the menu. The burger was pretty tasty. Sweet potato fries were very soggy and could’ve used crisping up with an air fryer. I’d probably come back in a pinch and try some other things on the menu. The concept and ambiance are otherwise fantastic.

My go to! Staff is always friendly and nice. Clean space. Wide variety of choices with seasonal menu. Great to dine in as well as take out. And no shame, I’m a proud “planet protector” on the rewards program. Love this place.

I live a 5 minute walk from this VG and used to order from here at least once or twice a week and it was awesome. Every time. Something must have happened a couple-plus years ago because everything about this spot has gone super downhill. I first stopped going so often due to the extremely consistent price hikes, but still ordered often because the quality of the food was so good. But it didn’t last. The shrink-flation of this place gets worse and worse, not only in how they give you less food and ingredients but also cut portion sizes by changing their to-go containers every few months. From their mac and cheese turning watery and flavorless and only filling their ever shrinking “sides” container half-way, to running out of bags and using replacements so thin and cheap that it ripped, spilling my food all over the ground on my walk.home, to not caring that they burned the sweet potato fries nearly black (i threw them away,) to changing their Chipotle Aoli recipe to be a lot thinner and much less flavorful (they cut out so many ingredients it doesn’t even taste like Chipotle anymore,) to shrinking their to-go containers so much that I had to ask if they had accidentally given me the small size instead of the large, to not having a to-go container that actually fits their taco shell salad except for a box with a random piece of foil “covering” the top but not really – this Veggie Grill has been consistently terrible. These are only a handful of the beyond disappointing food experiences I’ve had over the last two years. I admit I went back one too many times out of convenience but never again. Seriously, what happened to this place?

Great variety except when I find a dish I love they stop serving it. This was the 1st great, affordable vegetarian restaurant I frequented in LA COUNTY. I stopped going as much because the menu is too unpredictable. Good options always but unreliable options. The atmosphere is good, clean, but the seasonal changes and eliminating options annoys.

I absolutely love this place! Got the “asada” veggie quesadilla, and it was AWESOME! I love their strawberry lemonade, and the cauliflower nuggets too! If you are into plant based foods, this is a perfect spot! The food gets eaten so fast, I never have a chance to take a picture. Update: Really surprised how empty the restaurant was on a Saturday night. The food, and service was amazing as always. I did manage to take a few pics of the crispy chkn sandwich, and drink this time. Let’s rally and give VeggieGrill some love.
