Easily one of the best Starbucks in the city. I haven’t been to him all but I go to a lot of them before great and it seems like they move pretty fast I’m a regular so I may be biased. I don’t use the drive-thru so there is that. I do mobile orders and pick up. The clientele in the Starbucks is better than some as well and locks on the bathroom. You can’t go wrong take it from an expert!

Drive through experience is not very good, staff who took our order didn’t get our orders right, I guess she’s tired. Croissant is flat and cold, maybe it’s not fresh, we even requested for exchange but they just probably took it back and gave us the same thing, they didn’t even heated as requested. Driveway is very tight. The least so far from the other bucks I went through around our area. So disappointed.

The manager here is VERY RUDE! I’d use caution trying to order any additional toppings on any drinks here…EVERY STAR BUCKS I HAVE EVER WENT TO ( and believe me when I say I order damn near daily…the same drink)

Out of all the Starbucks locations in Jacksonville, the Oakleaf Town Center one is by far the best! The staff basically know my order down to the last detail, and my drinks are always made perfectly. Everyone is warm, friendly, and always making new suggestions for me to try. I really enjoy the short conversations I have with each barista — top-tier service every time!

The people there were extremely rude and nasty! My friends asked what drink they should get and I simply asked if they liked nuts because I don’t. The barista said “no no not funny no” thinking I made a joke I said “no no not like that”. Then the entire time I was there they gave me dirty looks and stares. Would not recommend!

Juju should not be interacting with customers. I come to this location pretty regularly because they are truly joyful. I order the same thing and study.
Today I went to the register patiently waited for help, although there was no one insight other than me to help. The young lady made her way to the register and she started to ring in my order and then JuJu wanted her to ring it a different way, charging me for something I didn’t want. I informed him I come regularly and showed him it was rang a certain way. He didn’t care, he was dismissive and rude. I picked up my stuff and left. Its just unfortunate for anyone interacting with him at this location as customer service is not his forte.
Simply I wanted the same drink I always get, rang the same way everyone else rings it in as (including their store).

Super k garden or Highschool employee’ synapse gaps, sorry to say. If you are asking me to tell you that there is a letter “T” on the buttom of the cup, then tell me that my starbucks cup is from another coffee place, not starbuck’s proprietary, you are playing with business laws.
