I am on vacation and I just wanted some dunks. Very disappointed. They tried to send us away without our food. They clearly do not know what they are doing because when we drove up to the window, they asked my friend if she wanted milk or cream in her latte and the whole point of a latte is that it’s made with milk. That is basic knowledge. I explicitly asked for almond milk in my matcha which they put whole milk in. Imagine if I was lactose intolerant. Then you can clearly see on my label that I asked for less ice. In what world is that less ice. If anything that is extra ice. Highly untrained workers, terrible service, and just terrible. I’d give this place negative

I went in at approximately 2:44 PM today 13 March there was one woman sitting down one woman waiting for a hot coffee and one kid in line in front of me who had ordered two donuts. I was standing there for minimum 11 minutes finally they took my order which was a medium coffee and a doughnut. She kinda gave me my coffee with a little bit of attitude And it was like I noticed that Coffee was like cuddling underneath it in a small amount. The second I picked it up. It just spilled all over my sneakers and my pants and my shirt and then I’m like all right so it must just be extra coffee in there get into my car and it is like evidence that there’s a hole in this cup somewhere all over my brand new sneakers all over my pants all over my sweatshirt. I’m just disgusted with the wait time with the two people working the amount of customers and the fact that she didn’t notice that there was a hole in the cup is just disturbing and astonishing and I’m pissed.

I went there and waited five minutes at the drive-through when I came up to the window. They said I should have waited next time because they’re short staffed maybe let me know that and apologize for my weight and then instead of asking me the dairy I wanted in my drink they just guessed when I’m lactose intolerant terrible service

Oct 1: gave it another chance, consistently the worst DD in Massachusetts, by far. Judging on the other reviews the franchise owner doesn’t care about this one.
Updating as there seems to be a totally different crew when I go now, kids with a super nasty attitude who hate their jobs. Simple orders always wrong. Go down the street to GroundSwell and save yourself a massive headache. Thank me later

Went to get ice teas with my mum today and they had to brew more, all good, so they told us to wait out of line and they would bring them to us. We parked up front waited 10 minutes with no word for them so my mum went in, waited another 5-10 minutes and had to ask them to give us new ice because the ice had been melting in the cups for almost 15/20 minutes. They gave no apologies for the wait and just walked away mumbling. While she was waiting she also heard them do the same thing to another customer but with their cold brew. This isn’t even the first time I’ve had an issue with this location. Just the straw that broke the camels back.

I’m a frequent flyer at this location. However, this whole move up because I order a latte thing is getting ridiculous. I waited 8 minutes today while they served 4 cars behind me and tried to hand my drink to 3 of the 4 customers before realizing I WAS STILL SITTING THERE. The kid practically threw it in my car, no conversation – nothing. I understand wanting to keep the line moving but when you’re consistently doing bs like this, people get upset which I’m guessing is what happened but instead yall put a bitter sign on the window further deterring customers. Unclear why this suddenly became issue but it’s not working on the weekends – EVER!

Fast service lately here with a new method at the drive thru. They are having cars pull forward for delays so to not hold up the line. I think it works better that way. The folks here are always friendly and you know they want to cut down on the delays. Food is always fresh here too.

This location is wildly inconsistent and frequently messes up orders. There’s almost always someone new working there and it’s clear they don’t receive proper training. I do not recommend ordering here unless it’s for convenience sake. The workers are trying but it seems the management is very poor.

I come here often since my mom lives just down the street, and every time I visit, the staff is always so friendly and my orders are perfect. Today, Tabitha really stood out—she was super kind, had a great energy, and got my order to me quickly. I always love it here!
