We previously lived near the Pembroke Pines location and were frequent customers. When we moved to this area, we were happy to find out there was one nearby. The menu and concept are the same, but the flavor does vary a bit. The tortilla soup doesn’t taste the same as the Pembroke Pines one it’s good, but not quite the same. Also, the tortillas used for the steak tacos are different; unfortunately, they fall apart easily, which makes the tacos hard to eat.
We still really enjoy the place overall, but it would be great if they could maintain the same quality across locations. That said, the service is always excellent!!! our bartender is consistently amazing.

What a wonderful first visit we had to Firebirds wood fired Grill, Dania Beach. Rolando was wonderful. As our first visit we did the three course meal! We had the chicken and the beef! Both were cooked perfectly, and the flavors were amazing. We were equally impressed with the delicious salad and chili and the amazing crème brûlée, cheesecake and bread, pudding desserts. We will be back! Thank you!

We came during happy hour. What do you usually expect from happy hour? Maybe a slightly longer wait — but not this kind of absurdity. The wait time here is simply outrageous. Three small burger sliders — some sad, unclear pieces of food — took a full hour to prepare. And that’s even when you order them toward the end of happy hour, when the place is almost empty. I’m afraid to imagine how long people wait during peak hours. We left the food untouched so the staff could enjoy their own kitchen.
The service deserves special attention — it’s what shocked me the most and caused the strongest negative reaction. I personally witnessed openly dismissive and disrespectful behavior from the bartenders toward older guests who came specifically for happy hour. It was truly disgusting to watch.
As for positives, they do make a fairly good Old Fashioned. That’s it. Everything else completely ruins the overall impression.
Based on all of this, I strongly do not recommend this place.

I’m not one to leave reviews. But the service from our server and the manager James, incredible. I felt like family. Their goal is to make their customers have this be their favorite restaurant and with the wide selection of everything plus the service, I’ll be back within the week. Chicken , steak and dessert was incredible. Cooked to perfection. Honestly can’t say enough. Once again, I’m the type that looks at reviews and feels like people were paid to leave them, but the experience was worth it and the food was worth it. I’ll be back

The service was good but probably hampered by the fact that there were 10 people and our focus was on the meeting – not really the food. We had pre-ordered so that part was easy.

Everything about our visit was outstanding! From the moment we sat down, Kelly, our bartender, made the experience unforgettable — friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made us feel so welcome and took amazing care of us all evening.
The food was absolutely phenomenal — every single dish hit the mark. The ahi tuna salad was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The deviled eggs were some of the best I’ve ever had, and the chili was hearty and delicious. The lobster cheese dip was rich and indulgent, the tacos were bursting with flavor, and the margaritas were perfectly mixed and refreshing.
Honestly, everything we ordered was amazing — you can tell the kitchen takes real pride in every dish. Between the incredible food, top-notch drinks, and Kelly’s outstanding service, this place deserves all the stars. Can’t wait to come back!

The atmosphere was okay and our waitress was really nice and professional, but the food needs some improvement for the price and location. My salad was way too citrusy, the salmon was overcooked and burned on one side, and the dish only came with two shrimp that were very salty. The veggies were cooked but not crispy.
Also, the happy hour only applies to the patio or bar area — not the main restaurant — which doesn’t make much sense. Overall, service was good, but the food quality just didn’t live up to expectations.

I had my Birthday Brunch last Sunday there. First time going the food was good though definitely needed more sauce on the biscuit & gravy & lobster sauce for the salmon Benedict which we ended up asking for more. Service could have been a bit more attentive. However overall good food and ambiance.
