First time eating here, food was good, service was great and with a smile, the server was very friendly, what was nice the owner would come out and ask how everything is.

Brought family in from PA. Waited to be seated at the front door while people were leaving. Bummer as they had pleanty of staff and enviroment was not busy. Finally seated and waited for service. Kacie was our server. Seemed distant, not too friendly, (understandably, we all have crummy days). Took our order however food was delayed and not hot. One family guest ordered BBQ wings but said it was too spicy, didn’t smell or taste like BBQ and it didn’t taste right. Several of us tried them… not good.
I asked Kacie if they changed the BBQ sauce as our family was unhappy and indicated it was also too hot. She said no, it’s the same as always, theres only one BBQ sauce. We didn’t stay too long. I asked for a manager however Kacie said they were busy. I explained the issue and was told the sauce was actually Jamaican spice, not BBQ. I expected to receive an apology, credit, discount or something especially after mentioning twice & not consumable. Bathrooms need serious attention, paint-job and repairs.

The food is amazing! I had the fish and it was perfectly cooked. My husband’s French fries were overcooked.
My biggest issue….the service sucks! I gave them time because they had a party of 15, but our waitress wasn’t even serving them. We ate our meal without further contact with our waitress. When she did come over, I asked for another drink and got it 10 minutes later. Plus, who the Hell charges a card fee in era of no cash? I haven’t decided yet if I’ll go back. The food is good, but the service….IDK

Normally I really like JDs. But today everything was off. The deep fried mushrooms were only cooked on one side, the fries weren’t as crispy and barely cooked (seemed like on one side also) and the hamburger was supposed to be medium cooked and was rare. Even the ceiling light was shining in my eyes so badly I could barely see my son sitting across from me. We were the first ones in at 11 am so we could beat the crowd and get good service but no such luck today! This used to be the only restaurant we could count on in Safford to be consistently good. What happened to you guys?

I was not sure what to expect but let me say they don’t skimp on the portions. They do cook everything to order and it’s amazing. It takes 40-45 minutes to get your food. They do have a sign posted before you enter so I would recommend calling ahead to maybe start a big parties food order. The Bar!! Ok so I still had to drive an hour to get home so my drink I had to send back because it was far to strong. Having said that it’s a great place to eat. All types of people qith or without kids. They got you covered all the way around. Our server was phenomenal the bar tender was amazing. The atmosphere is ok. If yall are in the area they are worth checking out. ✔ Great job!

They have the best sweet potato fries! And i love the Philly Steak sandwich! Best place in town for fried zucchini! There is quite a wait when you order. Our waitress was polite, but not real attentive. And the appetizer didn’t come out until after we finished our meal. That , and the speed (of lack of) of service is why 4 stars. The food is good here. Just to get it in the right order would be nice. And when a drink need a to be refilled it would be nice to be able to get it. Food and prices were good and, they have good size portions. Salad bar is just the basics. They ran out of croutons and didn’t have any more. Although I don’t eat carbs, my son’s burger looked phenomenal. Service was okay. I wish I had been drinking because, they had some good specials on drinks.
We had dinner on a Sunday night which, for a sports bar, is either good or bad depending on your perspective. They had ball games on every screen on every wall and people were screaming so loudly that it hurt our ears sometimes. (Must have been a good game). The acoustics here are really, really poor with echoes from the floor, walls and ceiling; they need to improve on that so it isn’t an issue. It would be a lot easier to understand conversations and the TVs. Also, they need to learn that there are a lot more sports than just men playing with balls. NASCAR, Formula 1, dirt biking, off roading, marshal arts just to name a few.

We ordered 30 burgers and waited a while. We saw groups come in after us and get the food first. I get it, things get busy. However, we were told by the manager they were working ticket at thirty minutes, the server said 45, which was it. I believe they forgot our order and just tried to hide it.

The place is actually pretty cool. Nice atmosphere, good music, chill environment, everything you would expect from a sports bar. Beyond that, well… it’s a mixed bag. I loved the ribs I ordered, but 2 in my party ordered steaks and… well… they need to do better. Next to no seasoning and seriously the toughest steaks I have ever seen. Both were rare, and both cut like beef jerky… and super bland. Onion rings were great! Mozzarella sticks were very plane. My daughter wouldn’t even eat them, and she loves those. If I were going there by myself to sit at the bar and drink, I think it would be okay, but the food was very lacking as well ad the service. Very slow and careless. I would eat here again by myself and at the bar, but I would not bring my family.

Has its ups and downs. Some visits are better than others. Can’t really say they are terrible but can’t say they are the best. Food is hit and miss, drinks are decent. I will say, the pepperoni pizza is probably the best in town.
