I was pleasantly surprised by the food here! It was the best Chinese my family has had since moving here from South Florida almost 10 years ago. Everything was fresh, flavorful and they do not skimp on meat like some if the other local Chinese restaurants. I also appreciated that they are not afraid of spice on the spicy dishes! If I have any critiques I would just say the crab rangoon was very sweet, and the Mongolian beef was a little salty. We will definitely be back, please don’t change a thing.
The gentleman cooking and servicing the front was also so nice.

I’m never going back again. I was really wanting to have some Chinese food today. I ordered the Kung Pao. I asked the guy who cooked my food if it was spicy. He told me that it is spicy. Because I like spicy food and other chinese restaurants I’ve gone to have always did a good job making the Kung Pao spicy and with flavor. This was bland and had no flavor at all. I got home and I had to add shriracha sauce to add some flavor and spice but it barely did anything to it. He pointed out everything on the menu all the food items with a star are spicy. What a liar. I was the only customer there so its not like he had to rush or anything. Waste of time and money. This ain’t no Kung Pao chicken

(Terminal ID: 6354379) FLAVORLESS low-quality food. Pork fried rice was dry and bland. General Tso’s chicken was more like sesame chicken without the sesame, very fatty and doughy with little meat, and the egg-roll too had little flavor other that the oil-soaked soggy innards that gushed out when taking a bite. Credit card machine was glitchy and I’m worried I might have been double charged for this $10 lunch time special garbage food.

We actually tried them on Valentines Day since the new owners, and it is definitely the best Chinese food we have had in a long time. We stopped going with the previous owners due to seeing a on the counter next to us. We hadn’t been back since. When we saw new owners took over we decided to try it. They do NOT disappoint! Everything is fresh, flavorful and excellent quality. We will be making this place our go to!

Amazing experience! The restaurant has new management and you can really feel the difference. The food is fresh, flavorful, and the service is very friendly. You can tell they really care about quality and customer satisfaction. Definitely worth a visit!

I don’t get it. This place used to be the absolute best. When I lived in NE Palm Bay, I would drive to Lucky Garden instead of another chinese food restaurant closer to me. About 2 or so years ago (2023) I brought home food from them while living 15 minutes away in SE Palm Bay. The battered chicken in the honey chicken was mostly batter and not much chicken. I remember the sauce being sugary with a watery consistency to it.
A few months ago (2025), I was nearby and thought I’d give them a try again. I bought two lunch specials and it was worse than 2023! The food tasted off, like it was old and partially rotten but cooked anyway. Some other review said something similar. Like an echo confirming the thought I couldn’t articulate in the moment. Needless to say, I threw out the food.
I don’t normally throw food out like that but with how far Lucky Garden has fallen, I’m a little sad. There was a time when a teenage version of me worked at The Waterman in the plaza and I would get a $5 lunch special and it was glorious. Times change, and sad as it may be, sometimes places just fall and you have to move on.

We used to eat this Palm Bay Lucky Garden many years ago and it WAS really good. We moved to Melbourne years ago and have been ordering Melbourne Lucky Garden and it is always really good. We moved back to Palm Bay and just tried Palm Bay Lucky Garden again and it was GROSS. The wonton soup was dark brown and tasted like dirty fryer oil. You could tell the fried rice was old. Lo mein tasted bad. Even the sweet and sour chicken wasn’t good and only had 5 pieces of chicken. Bourbon chicken wasnt edible at all. Orange chicken was ok at best.. Needless to say $65.00 later and everyone is still hungry because the best anyone could do is poke at it. Absolutely, stay away from Palm Bay Lucky Garden. Drive up to Melbourne Lucky Garden. I was an customer, but never again.

I wasn’t impressed. The Kung Pao chicken is just pre-breaded chicken fried with sauce on it – nothing more! No veggies! I ordered it from the pictures on the window and it showed veggies. I got home and just put it in the fridge to see if my husband might eat it because I won’t. The Hot & Sour soup wasn’t that great either. I had to doctor it up with soy sauce and Chinese vinegar. The crunchy noodles that came with it had a rancid oil smell. They need to change their frying oil.

Genuinely the freshest chinese food Ive ever had. They have been there for 25 years! I was worried because the atmosphere could use some work but the food was legit 10/10. Even the white rice had flavor. I got the egg foo young with huge pieces of shrimp in it and fresh veggies.

I ordered 5 dishes, but received 3. The 3 I received was not exactly what I ordered in them. What I ask for I did not get. My kids said the food is nasty. My daughter broccoli and chicken had onions in it. That’s gross . Never again. Sorry but not sorry
