We ordered a an Italian sausage with mozzarella cheese. We received an Italian sausage with hot peppers. We took the sandwich back and had them remake it. When we sat down we relieved it was a brat with mozzarella that was tossed on it, as you can see in the picture it was not melted. We did not receive the Italian sausage with mozzarella. Ended up tossing food and going elsewhere.

Friendly staff that greeted us as we walked in. The restaurant setup gave a downtown Chicago EL vibes. Very cool.
The food was good. The staff was fast! The food was ready very quickly.
If you are limited on time and need a quick bite for lunch, the staff will get you in and out.
As with all my reviews, Service is a key factor for me, this place was tops.
I will try the Chicago dogs on my next visit.

Really amazing experience here. The place runs smooth and everyone seemed friendly and on top of things. You can tell there’s a good team atmosphere and people actually care.
I especially wanted to mention Cindy. She was just taking out the trash and still stopped to talk with us for a minute. She was upbeat, kind, and just genuinely pleasant. The conversation stood out. Showing that is a restaurant with employees who care. When someone shows that kind of attitude no matter what task they’re doing, it says a lot.
I love the way this place is run. We’ll definitely be back.

A good spot for a quick bite. They had reasonably priced options in their menu. Practically a self-service as you go up to the counter to order and pay, then they will give you a number. When your number is called, you can pick it up from the counter. We ordered the 2 hotdogs combo and a side of chicken tenders. Food was good.

One of the BEST drive-thru experiences ever! The staff were patient, friendly, and welcoming (even making sure I wanted all the normal fixings on my order), the food was ready quickly and was still piping hot when I got home! Whoever made that Rodeo burger deserves a raise, it was better than o could have hoped!

I use a wheelchair, and Ron really made me feel at home during my visit. He greeted me as soon as I arrived and offered assistance to help me get to my table. When my food was ready, he brought it to me and also got me refills for my drink and napkins. The Italian beef combo I had was one of the best I’ve ever tasted. They grilled the inside of the bun, and the Italian sausage was charbroiled to perfection. As someone from Chicago, it felt like home to enjoy some authentic Chicago food. I will definitely be back!

Pretty fun atmosphere. Music isn’t to loud and lighting is dim and comfortable. Lots of stuff on the walls and ceilings to look at.
Staff didn’t seem to really want to be there and not super friendly, just takes your orders and they talk amongst themselves.
Good comfort food. Double bacon cheese burger, decent portion but very filling. Fries were bland and need to add salt an pepper. Recommend!

The food is as always delicious. But it was the service that was truly amazing. I was there black Friday and it was crazy everywhere. When you stepped into the restraunt, it was like a shift in the atmosphere. right away we were greeted by literally the most joyful person there (I think her name was Cindy, I’m terrible at names!) and that joy was contagious! At the register, Joe was so nice and patient with my mom and I as we gave our confusing order. And even though I did not have much interaction with the cooks behind the counter, you could just tell that they enjoyed what they did. It was just the easy going, light hearted energy that was needed on a day that is so chaotic and frantic. 10 out of 10!
