Long wait, which is typical, so no worries there. Finally got to the order screen, no greeting, said Hello a few times over the next few minutes until I got, what would you like? No apologies for the delay but whatever. Ordered the drink and was about to ask for add on when I was interrupted and told a total. I said I have more and asked for the sweet cream cold foam and she laughed and said esophagus? I said no and was going to repeat my self but couldn’t because of her laughing over me. I said never mind and pulled forward to the window. The young man that switched places with her was very friendly when I asked how to make a complaint, offered to get me a manager, I felt bad because there was a lot of people still waiting behind me so decided I would leave a review instead. Went to a different location and had excellent service. I know one person not coming to a location again will not make a difference but this was just super rude and they have definitely ensured I will not come back.

During my visit, the barista taking my order made an inappropriate comment while laughing, stating she thought I had a “large order” because I was scanning the menu. The remark was unnecessary and unprofessional.

When my son, who is autistic, returned from the restroom, the same employee did not greet him or ask for his order. Instead, she loudly asked, “Who are you waiting for?” This interaction was not handled with basic courtesy or awareness.

Staff need additional training on respectful communication and appropriate interactions with individuals with special needs. This experience did not meet expected customer service standards.

They have some sort of staffing issue right now. The order online pick up in store option is available. GO ELSEWHERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT 30+ MINUTES IN LINE! When you get there you cant go inside, you have to wait in a giant line for the drive thru to get your drink.
DONT HAVE ORDER ONLINE OPTION IF YOU CANT GO IN AND GET YOUE DRINK!! HOW HARD IS THAT?

I came here this afternoon around 3:30 pm (I usually only go in the morning & do a mobile order). I waited 31 mins in the drive thru from start to finish. When I placed order – the girl taking my order was extremely unpleasant and unwelcoming. Which fine, maybe she was having a bad day but then when I FINALLY get to the window – I get no acknowledgement, closes the window & I proceed to wait 13 minutes at the window (for just a coffee). She then comes over and my drink had been sitting there for over 10 minutes from the barista who seemed to be the only one actually working. How can someone be in charge of the drive thru and not check it for 10 minutes? Totally unacceptable, & even worse since once you are in the drive thru you are just stuck there. The wait is one issue that in general shouldn’t be that long, but I would have been fine with the experience if the girl at the window was at least apologetic or friendly. A complete waste of time & money when you are treated so poorly as a consumer.

I go to this Starbucks when I’m too lazy to take the bus to the other one I prefer.
Nothing bad; perhaps their wall seating area is a bit uncomfortable, but still I’ve been able to work on my laptop there.

I came in for a drink. It was not busy in the store at all. There were several employees behind the counter. Only one person making drinks. I had to wait 15 minutes for my drink. This is not Starbucks way of doing things not happy.

Closed at 3:07… but cars in front of me in the drive thru were able to order & get beverages? There’s no way out of line at the drive thru. So had to sit here for 10+ mins for nothing.

If you accept Mobile orders, you should have your doors open. Sitting in a drive-thru line after you mobile order for 30 minutes is the complete opposite of what mobile order is intended for.
