Mannn I only eat here if I’m hungry and can’t think of nothing else like I gotta be in the mood. But the food isn’t that great they stay messing up orders like all the time. Especially door dash orders and then I gotta drive in to get the order fixed or just do without until the next day which defeats the purpose of paying delivery fees to still have to go up there. But my son love him some McDonald’s but get yall service together. But what made me write a review is they rushed my pick up order today, didn’t put my condiments in the bag that I included in the order, and then on my Big Mac they put the middle bun on the bottom, like dang get it together yall. And stop putting the fries upside down in the bag. And stop stuffing everything in one bag why yall put 3 meals in one bag and one of the fries in a small bag. Just terrible.

Ever since changing the inside of restaurant it seems they dont have enough employees and not enough direction posted about ordering online and how it will take at least 25-30 mins to get your food. The employees were nice but you can tell they are overworked. Enjoyed it much more when there was a door separating the dining room from the playground. I cant take my daughter there because of how loud it is. Would be nice if they offered a “quite room” for children with special needs/autism. So they too could still play without all the noise and chaos.

The staff have their good days and their bad days in terms of how quickly they serve up the food, but their friendliness is a constant. I find myself there almost every lunchtime, and it’s heartening to see familiar faces among the other regulars, creating a sense of community that makes the place feel like home. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, thanks to the cheerful demeanor of the workers. As for the customers, the overall vibe tends to lean more towards the positive side, with far more good days than bad.

Worst location I’ve ever been to and I drive up and down California daily. Had to ask them multiple times to remake my burger because they kept prioritizing the drive through and forgetting about me. Pretty sure the stupid manger walked to the back room to avoid my glaring. Over all terrible, every employee is bouncing off the wall, every order is late, wrong, or missing something. Stood in the lobby for enough time to see I was not alone.

Very disappointing. We stopped in for an ice cream and a coffee. Neither machine was working. The workers behind the counter offered no apology for the inconvenience. We had paid already with a card and were given an incorrect refund. When we asked for the refund to be corrected, the employee handed us money from the register rather than correcting the mistake on our card, saying only a sullen, “here you go.” While I surely understand having a hard day, this was poor service.

I wish there was a way to input a different location on doordash and stop receiving my orders from this location. They always forget half the orders or an entire order. I pay for condiments, drinks, and still receive none of the items I pay for. I don’t want a link provided to me like the other posts. I want this to get fixed. I have worked in McDonalds in the past and I don’t understand how you can forget to place items that have been paid for in the bag. This is by far one of the worst services that has been provided. Who do we have to call to fix this? What corporate office do we need to contact to ensure we are getting what we have paid for and at least minimum customer support/services? They should allow us to pick where we want our services from if its not going to get fixed even after escalating this into the doordash app.

The inside customer dining area is filthy. No one takes the time to check. The soda machine is all dirty, and the trash container is overfilled.

Why is this location so bad? Seriously, the level of professionalism is so poor, I wonder if one of the qualifications to work here is to consistently act as if you hate your job. The rudeness and lack of, well pretty much everything, is a complete turn off. With that said, avoid this location if you can. You will be disappointed Every. Single. Time. The staff lacks all the basic skills to make even the simplest orders efficient – let alone correct. If you ordered here even once, you know what I’m talking about.

I just had the worst experience at 530AM. The manager was extremely rude as I was picking up my order and was told to go inside and pick it up since it was a counter pick up. I did not know it was open so i decided to go drive thru. I told her it wasn’t an issue at all I just didn’t know it was open or not considering how early it was. I proceeded to go inside and I apologized and she gave me the worst attitude still not even being nice about it even after I tried my best to make the situation better. I was shook. I even told her have a good day and she just rolled her eyes. And I was told that it was the manager. What kind of professionalism is running that store? Makes me want to apply for manager and shine a light in there. Gosh.
