I go here often. Love this place. Fresh sushi!! I usually get the Salmon Dinner with King Salmon, So succulents almost feels like it’s melting in your mouth.

Long time customer. Food is good and service in the restaurant is good.
Unfortunately their delivery service is pretty bad. Drivers clearly take too many orders at once and deliver to households closest to the restaurant LAST. Waited about 2 hours for my food. What should have been a hot dish arrived VERY cold, and sushi dishes almost room temperature (risky). Until they provide better training to their drivers (or start relying on Uber employees to deliver), I’d limit patronage to dine-in only.

Overall, Haiku is pretty good, they are consistent and I like them. To my understanding, there are 3 locations around me including the White Plains, Scarsdale and Bronxville locations. I have found that the Bronxville location ONLY charges me for a lesser substititution. I ordered a sushi roll and opted out of TUNA for a substitution that is cheaper in price, and I was charged a fee, again, only at this location, as I have done this at the White Plains/Scarsdale locations and no additional fee was charged. I cannot see why I was charged a fee, like I said, the replacement that I opted for is lesser in price than tuna and I believe the sushi is made fresh everytime, so I would say it was an INCONVENIENCE fee, but in this instance, I don’t know if that can be applied, but who knows. Again, only at this location. Just a heads up for fellow customers.

The sushi is really good. The outdoor dining experience is absolutely beautiful and relaxing.
Despite the minor language barrier between servers, the food was really good. The service was on point and they even allowed us to dine until we were the last table to depart.

Came in for sushi, but ended up with a hybrid warm/cold dish dinner. I found the sushi to be fresh and tasty and I imagine all of their rolls/speciality rolls to be just as good. I surprisingly liked the eggplant. The sauce was just right and the eggplant was cooked to perfection for such a dish. Combine with a side of fried rice!
Service is prompt, attentive, though slightly less tactful than to be expected. Experience has taught me that it’s nothing personal, it’s just ethno-cultural efficiency.

Haiku is a fantastic Asian restaurant with authentic cuisine and a lovely atmosphere. This restaurant gets busy often, though — especially on weekends. I highly recommend this place.

POOR QUALITY TUNA!! They sent these poor quality rolls on a take out order. Spicy tuna is dried up, and crystallized, I have never seen anything like it. Disgusting! Yellowtail jalapeño was 2/3 peppers so way too much and inedible. Also the tuna looked poor quality as well. Yikes. The past couple orders the quality has been sliding. Was this chain sold? Something is off. Won’t be ordering again and we were long standing customers.

been a costumer for 10+ years used to be my favorite spot in westchester. quality has been going down for years but after last order i’m done. smaller amounts of fish and just not fresh. couldn’t stomach the eel or tuna fishy and old.

The sushi chef nose picking encouraged us to order hot food only. A mix of Asian cuisines, Japanese, Thai, and more. None of it was executed with more than tolerable quality.
