I ordered 2 dbl cheeseburgers with no pickle and only got one a the other is someone else’s order. With no ketchup an add mayo. Everytime I go to this location my order is never right. They need to hire better employees. My order was 1298. I will not be going to this location anymore.

Got here at 11:02 currently 11:15 haven’t even made it the 1st window. Had enough time to write this review while seeing in line. Horrible from the second I got in line. This isn’t the first time either. I will NOT be back to this location. Contact corporate, they do nothing.
Update: got home, ordered extra pickle, I have zero pickles. McDonald’s will be added to my NOT to go to again list. Several locations i have had issues with in the past few weeks this one finished it off. I will be deleting my account and app. I will not return. I’ll take my money elsewhere. I have filled it multiple feedbacks, I have got a reply someone will contact you, never does, so that proves corporate doesn’t even care.
Latest update: its pointless to full out the link, I have done it multiple times before, only reply I get is an email saying someone we be in contact with you in regards to this issue. That’s all I get, NO ONE contacts me. Pointless to waste time filling it the feedback link, NOTHING EVER GETS DONE.

Ordered here tonight for curbside pickup, this was the first McDonalds to actually give everything that was paid for, and not mess anything up. Special thank you for the over compensation as one of the pies was out of stock. It was definitely really busy tonight and there was a little wait but it was definitely worth it to have my order done properly. Shout out to y’all, you guys are the best McDonalds on lakeland!

This is the first McDonald’s that I’ve been to in a long time that the food was actually hot not dry crunchy perfect all I can just say is perfect the soda was a not flat. Great job to this branch of McDonald’s.

Avoid this location. This McDonald’s is very near our home and we have young children that love McDonald’s. Yet we always drive past this one to other locations because this one is so poorly ran. Your order will take forever and they will 100% get it wrong. Avoid at all cost until competent management is installed.

I dare say that if Rita one of the owners saw how nasty and dirty this McDonald’s is she would be horrified. Trash and food all over the floors. I wanted over 20 mins for my order. I had to repeat my order 10 times and multiple times to supervisor and manager. Uber Eats got an order and left and came back to get another order while I was still waiting. Our hamburger was pink where it wasn’t cooked all the way. Just nasty!!! This McDonald’s has never gotten our order right without a problem. The health dept really should look into this one after seeing how nasty and disgusting this McDonald’s is.

My husband went and got dinner. He waited about 30 mins in line. He came back home with fries that literally had barley and fries in the containers, there was absolutely not even a drop of salt on them and my kids chicken nuggets were old. I went back up there with the fries to get them replaced, before I could finish even telling them what was wrong with my order the girl on the headset cut me off and told me just to pull to the second window. I waited roughly 20 to 25 mins. The girl who helped me at the second window was kind and was not rude and she replaced my fries and filled them appropriately. BUT when I got home to actually eat my burger I ordered it had gotten cold and it was burnt to a crisp. My kids who the fries were for had fallen asleep by the time I got home and didn’t get to eat their fries which also upset me. This is the second time I have came here and gotten ripped off with the fries. Having to go all the way back up there after working a 12 hour shift was really inconvenient.

I don’t know why any of us waste our time leaving reviews for this McDonalds because it clearly doesn’t matter; nothing is going to change with this place. The food is horrendous, the burger I had was old (seemingly reheated over and over but somehow the cheese was cold?!?), the nuggets were dry, and the service was slow. It’s been like this for years (I come back once in awhile thinking it just might change for the better… it doesn’t). Only passerby’s and people with zero expectations of good food patronize this place. Anyone who lives close to the area should know that this place is an absolute disaster
