ONLY AT OSCAR’S BABY! Lockdown gave Oscar the opportunity to share his pizzas with the world. A fully trained chef, Oscar always had a thing for pizza, making it late at night after work and coming up with different ways of baking them at home. Oscar has now taken up residency at the Blue Moon Pub, serving pizzas in the evenings Wednesday – Sunday.

Best pizza in cambridge. Great options for vegans, veggies and omni’s. Toppings are so tasty and creative, the garlic & tarragon dip is the best. Tiramisu is also a nice treat. Usually busy but the service is still pretty quick despite it! Fair price, couldn’t recommend enough.
The blue moon is of course a cultural hub for the LGBTQ community especially. Great beer selection. Varied, fun and affordable events throughout the year.

You order through a QR code which makes it really easy to put in any allergies or requests. Menu has photos. We got the “fig daddy” and special #2. Both were presented beautifully and absolutely delicious. Crust was soft and fluffy. There was a perfect amount of toppings. Normally I don’t eat figs in the U.K. because they’re meh but these were so sweet and ripe. Each pizza comes with a free garlic dip. I had to try the tiramisu too. I love that it comes in a tiny cup because if you’re too full after the pizza but still want something sweet, you can share a few spoonfuls with a friend.

Love trying their monthly specials, the standout was probably the aubergine parmegiana which was spectacular.
Every pizza has a vegan version and their vegan cheese is super tasty and I often order vegan even as a non-vegan.
The dip they have is the best and you can even buy a jar of it to take home.
Also absolutely get a tiny tiramisu as a little desert super tasty and a great little sweet treat even if you are filled to the brim with pizza
I’ve had olives and garlic bread from them as like a bougie bar snack which I highly recommend if you aren’t fancying a full on pizza, they also have the “u wot” which has mango chuntney and vegetables and is super tasty and great for people who aren’t really pizza fans
You can’t go wrong at Oscar’s they are phenomenal

Great takeaway pizza. Love the vegan and veggie options, even though I’m an omnivore! They are simply that good. Friendly place and just amazingly creative and freshly made food, often with a free dessert thrown in to boot 🙂

I went to this pizza place with a Turkish family and got kicked out in the middle of our dinner because I did not have a physical piece of ID with me at that time. I tried to order an alcoholic drink, the staff asked for ID, I realised I didn’t have any physical ID on me, I showed him a digital one, he said he couldn’t accept that. So I decided not to order a drink. Then he said I need to leave the place because I can’t provide a physical piece of ID. Our food literally just came… I asked if we could just finish and leave, he said we could take away…
I used to love this place. I shared a lot of good memories with my friends and family. Good luck with everything.
I cannot reply to your response so I will write mine here. I understand your point but if that’s the case, why would the bar staff ask me to take away the pizza and leave the place if you’re separate service? I should still have the right to be at my table and enjoy my food whilst not having a drink from them.

Holy flip: best vegan pizza I’ve ever had, fresh, tasty, homemade vegan pepperoni. Plus the pub is lovely, good music and great atmosphere. HARD RECOMMEND!!

I attended the Out For Blood film festival at the Blue Moon on 2/11/25 with my partner and nephew and we all LOVED the pizza! It was hot, delicious and quickly made with really great ingredients.

Really great pizza – best in Cambridge – with excellent service and polite, helpful staff. We ordered the Marinara with extra cheese, which was delicious (pictured) in addition to a Pepperoni. The accompanying dipping sauce I usually skip, but this was delicious too. Wait was about 20 minutes for the pizza at 7pm on a Wednesday – so before their popular quiz. We can’t wait to come back.

I have been ordering Oscar’s Lockdown’s vegan pizzas for many months now and I am completely obsessed!
The dough is very authentic and very good + easy to digest and I find it amazing that all their vegan toppings are homemade, and they’re all so so so tasty (plus I love that their entire menu is available vegan too)
The “Oo Mami” is most definitely one of my favourite pizzas ever, vegan or not, and as an Italian, I have had a fair amount of Italian pizza in my life!
Usually pizza crust dips aren’t a thing in Italy, but the one Oscar makes is just so good and addictive that I would never be able to go without!
Anyway it’s absolutely amazing food, anyone that I know that tried it was instantly obsessed, so honestly, you need to try it!
