Ice cream in the snow has to be one of life’s best pleasures. If you don’t want ice cream, you can always have some hot soup at Joy’s ice cream. Great community partner. They partnered with a local theater group to sell Christmas trees. We bought a beautiful tree here. My house smells wonderful. Merry Christmas to the Joy ice cream

We came here with the family after dinner for a treat on an unseasonably warm October evening that was just crying out for ice cream!
My sister and I shared a flight of oat milk- based vegan ice creams and Italian ice-style sorbets. Such a big assortment of creative flavors, and lots of outdoor seating. We couldn’t resist taking home a few pints from the carryout freezer too!

We really enjoyed our visit to Joy Ice Cream! We had been wanting to go for a while and we were not disappointed. Everything about the space inside and out is so perfectly curated and decorated, and there is plenty of outdoor seating. The service was great and there was a large selection of ice cream to choose from!
We chose a house made waffle cone with Brownie Cascade ice cream, and an ice cream flight with Blackberry Lemon Bar, Mint Avalanche, PB Hearts Chocolate, Munchie Madness.
The flights come with two cups of your choice of toppings! We did Oreo and gummy bears.
We loved the ice cream and will definitely be back soon!

Very cute little ice cream shop. Intriguing flavors at a fair price. My scoops were delicious and plenty. Place smells like a waffle cone which was very pleasing. Friendly service and I will definitely patronize again!!! All in all a great foodie experience ❤️

This is such a cute spot for ice cream and a hit in the summertime. They have a small indoor area with a little shop and activity area, as well as an expansive outdoor area with lots of seating a a walk up window! The menu is full of delicious ice cream flavors of a variety of options, including non-dairy. I enjoyed the blue moon oat in a cake cone. It was made well, not at risk of falling apart as some other ice cream shops do, and the ice cream was delicious. The service was great, fast, and friendly!

You’re probably going to want more than a scoop at Joy. The ice cream is rich and creamy with the right level of sweetness. The shop is whimsical, from its blue and white color scheme to the names of its flavors. Thumbs up to “Exhausted Parent,” which is espresso ice cream with bittersweet chocolate. It would nice, though, if there were umbrellas for their seats outside.

We tried the cold brew shake, hot cider, and Ruby’s bagels now being offered on Saturday mornings.
I chose the vanilla oat cream which paired well with the cold brew shake. It was smooth, creamy with a great consistency; Thick, but not too thick.
The kid absolutely loved the cider and would like to try the apple cider float next time.
The sesame and everything bagels sold out quickly, so we were only able to try the plain bagels. We chose cinnamon butter and cheddar and chive cream cheese for our spreads.
The kid loved the quality of the butter, but didn’t care for the amount of cinnamon that was used; I on the other hand really enjoyed the cheddar and chive cream cheese. Absolutely delicious on the warm toasted chewy bagels.
The customer service was good too. The ladies were very nice and prepared our order in under 5 minutes.

There has never been a more appropriately named ice cream shop! My family and I love this Tosa gem and the childhood memories it creates for our kids. Delicious ice cream, fresh made waffle cones, great drink selection and adorable, plentiful patio seating. A must-visit if you’re in the area!

We went to Joy for the first time a few weeks ago on a warm spring day. It was crowded, but easy enough to find street parking. There were about 10-12 ice cream flavors to select from, and as a family of 4, we each picked a different flavor to try. I thought the London Fog was both unique and delicious. Nice outdoor seating on both sides of the building. The kids really enjoyed it. We’ll be back!
