As a vegetarian it’s not easy to find places willing to work around my wants , however, the guys working made the extra effort to clean and respect my wishes. There were no eye rolls, no issues and the respect between all the workers was impressive. Highly recommend and will indeed be back!

I was told about Jersy’s Mike’s from a lady at Meijers. So my husband and I went. The 1st time it was very good. I had the Philly cheese steak and cheese. It had a lot in it and was probably the best sub. Then we went back the week after. I tried the buffalo chicken sub. I didn’t care for it. Not a lot of chicken.

I don’t typically review ‘fast food’ because it’s hard for these chains to find engaged employees. However, this sub shop is the absolute best. There are several lunch time servers who have been here since the store opened and they do an amazing job. Friendly, fast, and obviously engaged in their employment to serve an increasingly demanding society. I threw a $10 bill in their tip jar and would’ve thrown in a $20 if I had it. They deserve way more than what they’re likely getting. Outstanding!

Ordered a 12 inch sub in a bowl. (Mine was Philly). Received almost all lettuce. A couple of tomatoes pieces. Very very little sub filling (ordered the 12″ because I wanted more filling less lettuce!) Yoppings were very limited. Will not eat here again.

Fist time going to this place and also 1st time trying a Philly cheesesteak! The workers were VERY patient and informative! They explained what they would reccomend on it. I asked about the sauces they have and when it came to a sweet but spicy pepper sauce the woman was super helpful. She described what it was like and offered the option of getting it on the side so if it was too spicy I could decide whether to use it or not. May sound silly but with how nice everyone was and patient (given there was no line behind me at the time) they just offered really good customer service!

Well, mostly get good food. Employees are polite & work quickly.
Unfortunately my last order was less than stellar. I got a buffalo chicken sub & while I did ask for extra sauce, it was swimming. The paper was soaked thru, so messy I couldn’t eat it.
Boyfriend had no issues with his, he got a Mike’s Philly.
Other than the drenched sub I think the prices are a little high.

as a jersey mikes employee somewhere else myself, i was very disappointed at this one. the floor was full of crumbs and trash & they were not busy at all, so no reason someone couldn’t go sweep the floor. the drink station had wrappers everywhere and tea spilled. i understand it is not the employees trashing the lobby area, but they are responsible for keeping their store clean. on top of that, i requested the prosc off of my italian & guess what was on my sub! jm employees are trained to cut subs in half, occasionally ask if a customer would like their mini cut in half, but i was not even asked, they simply did not cut it. i am not comparing my store to this store, but the bare minimum wasn’t even achieved here. i am disappointed in my fellow jersey mikes members…

If I could rate today’s experience with zero stars or better yet negative stars, I most definitely would. I was excited to give this place a try as a first time customer. I placed my order and ate half of the sandwich only to find a long hair wrapped around the bacon and philly steak!!! Look at the pictures.
I was shocked and completely grossed out. No such thing as hair nets are worn apparently when the sandwiches or ingredients are being prepared that was evident! Ewwww. I want a refund immediately! But can’t seem to reach anyone on the phone.
Just thinking about it again has me about to throw up.

It was really good they slice the meat fresh. I had the big Kahuna chicken sandwich and added chipotle mayo… the bread is so soft and fresh. Loved the cream soda too.

I love Jersey Mike’s. Always have but wanted to leave a review today, because my sandwich was exceptional. I got the big kahuna steak and it was seriously probably the best sandwich I’ve ve ever had. Something about today’s was amazing. Staff are always great and place was very clean!!!
