Sometimes its online order only so just call if your that hungry and unsure. I order in store no problem food came out fast and hot I couldn’t be happier with my chicken sandwich. Definitely check em out if you get a chance. Probably going to get the hot wings next time.

I was so excited to find a wingstop in Pittsburg that I had to try it. Unfortunately I didn’t look at the reviews first .
My husband ordered online and picked it up. He said he checked the bag and they forgot the ranch but he was able to get it before he left out.
What he failed to do was look at the actual crispness of my food. I asked for well done/fried hard and my chicken was not that at all. I was so disappointed that I had put them in the oven to try to make them crispy. The fries were extra salty.
I just gave up and didn’t eat . My husband enjoyed his hence the 3 stars. I personally would not go back to this restaurant but I would continue to visit the one in Philly whenever I visit my family.

This is my third time trying this location in the past two months and I am very disappointed. The first time the wings were not fried hard after I specified over the phone and online that I wanted the wings well down. The second and third visit the wings barely had any sauce! Very disappointing. I believe they recently switched management and if so, that is the issue.

The wings were perfect! However, the fries were 100% cold. Not even warm. I am assuming they cooked them well before the wings were finished. We waited about 30 mins for food and the wings were nice and hot, but fries were inedible. The veggies were good but were soaking wet.
The place was clean! The soda fountain machine could use a little cleaning but was pretty good compared to a lot of places.
Staff was friendly and was usually actively cleaning if not cooking.
It’s a shame our fries were too cold to eat though so 3 stars it is.

Waited an extra 40 min for food. For my food not to be in the bag. The people working were rude and disrespectful. Called to tell them I was missing food after I arrived home and flat out called us a liar. Will be calling corporate. We got all our other food except 2 orders of tenders
