huge portions, VERY reasonable prices, DELICIOUS food. got Beef&Brocolli, one entire takeout container (the long rectangle ones) was STUFFED with the beef and broc, another STUFFED container of perfectly cooked rice. beef was tender and well seasoned, broccoli steamed perfectly with some crunch still. will be certainly returning!! a great spot. also, i ordered through uber eats (unfortunately), and despite about 20 minutes of travel time, the food was still almost too hot to eat once it arrived.

Went to have the food with my friend for the first time. Food was okay but the service was worst. Tipping the servers is on the customer’s hand if they are satisfied with the food and service then they will tip for sure. But when the service isn’t good how could you ask how much we want to tip. They will make you compel to tip which isn’t good. On top of that they won’t give you the proper receipt feels like they are trying to avoid the tax. When you have clearly paid the tax. Would not recommend anyone to go there

The food here is so delicious and so fresh! Big juicy vegetables and the absolute best chicken balls I’ve ever had! The shrimp rolls are amazing too! Everything here is so yummy and cooked to perfection! In my opinion, it seems like there is a lot less sodium and preservatives in the food, compared to most other Chinese food places, and it’s not greasy at all. So fresh! Green Island is my #1 top pick for Chinese food in Niagara Falls!!!!

Nice place to come with family for Chinese food. Hospitality was good and food tasted great. The quantity is huge so order accordingly. The chicken corn soup was awesome. Shrimp batter fry was yummy as an appetiser. Loved the Chicken Fried Rice.

1 Stars for the Nice Plastic Take Out Bag and the Packets of Soy Sauce. I had never ordered from this location before, our regular place was closed, so we took a shot. I had only seen the Reviews on THEIR page and not Google, until after we ordered. I have never ever had a version of Chinese Food that is this bad! Seriously! Lemon Chicken was so gross, its not a fine batter, it was from frozen like the rest of the food. The “Lemon Sauce” was chunky and thick in a small container and not lemon at all. See the Frozen Pea Pic, has frostbite! That chicken dish, ZERO Flavor! Everything truly was BLAND & cooked from FROZEN! Lesson Learned. We ordered a Dinner for 2 plus the Lemon Chicken and 2 Extra Spring Rolls. Which were garbage. They supplied two little containers with something for a sauce, we assumed it was for the chicken balls, but it was not sweet and sour sauce. Spent $40 and threw out 3/4’s of the stuff (refuse to call it food). Oh and the smell, almost forgot to mention that… it has to be sesame seed oil. They bathe everything in it… it is NOT a seasoning or flavor! It’s gross when its all you can taste or smell on the rice.

This place has decent reviews on Uber so I ordered it. Quick delivery and hot food. Upon opening and looking at the food, it looked bland. Sure enough it was super bland. There was no seasoning in the food but the ingredients seemed fresh. I want to tell the owner stop being cheap and put some seasoning. Also, the general tao was soupy. I would not recommend if you are craving Chinese food… Unless you like bland taste.

We ordered from Green Island and were pleased with the speed of service, especially considering that it was delivering from Niagara Falls to St. Catharines. The food was still hot when it arrived.
The deal was great. The amount of food you get for the price was just remarkable. For sure a great choice when ordering!

the only things that’s good at this place was the chicken ball sauce. i had to put it all over my food to enjoy this which didn’t even help. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. EVEN IF ITS A MONDAY AND YOUR CRAVING CHINESE.
