They provide great customer service, however their Drive-through line management is trash. You can have your food but because the person in the front doesn’t have their food yet and they don’t move them up so people can go around or make them park in the parking space straight ahead you have to wait an additional 10 minutes just to get out of the line even though you already have your food. this has happened continuously with me and other customers. I literally sat and had a conversation with a worker and he saw that everybody had their food and he said we are just waiting for the lady in front. Well, why not move the lady in front to accommodate your seven other guests that already have their food.

very disappointing. I ordered 2 chicken biscuits and you can kinda tell it wasn’t cooked all the way from the breading alone bc of how soft it was. I bit into it and it was tough, rubbery and thick as if the chicken was not done. the texture of it proved it wasn’t finished. I feel sick to my stomach i will not be visiting for a while.

I ordered Chicken Noodle Soup. They didn’t put the lid on it completely, so it made and absolute mess of my car and my clothes. I asked the manager for my money back, she refused, and gave me a free entree card. My day, clothes, and dad was ruined, so I just wanted my money back. This made CFA seem greedy not not sympathetic to the damage their mistake caused to me. Also, last week, I got a Chicken minis combo at breakfast and didn’t get the hashrounds, and I didn’t have the time to return and lodge a complaint.

On 2/28/26, it was my third consecutive time Chick-fil-A on 3100 S. Cobb Drive has ruined my order by not including a breakfast-entrée/chicken sandwich/soup I have ordered and paid for. I have had the audacity to return to this nearest Chick-fil-A restaurant again, but this is disrespectful for me and my family. I have had to drive back from my house and present a complaint three times. It is my time as well as my money which this Chick-fil-A does not appreciate. Chick-fil-A corporation, please help address and correct this issue specifically from this Chick-fil-A restaurant on 3100 S. Cobb Dr. Smyrna, GA. I do appreciate the intent to compensate my time and money with rewards, but this needs to change.

Out of every cfa this may be my favorite one of all time. I litteraly love the people that work here like how the hell is everyone so nice. Especially them drive thru people I know yall are tired of seeing my face . I feel like a fatty coming here all the time but they always make me feel welcomed. Im pretty sure since the start of 2026 ive been here 30 times. The food is always good. They may forget a sauce or two every now and then but a biggie like me always got extra. I dont ever write revies because im not a 40 year old karen but today i witnissed a baby man of a customer who was very rude and disrespectful and loud about it. Then afterwards when he recieved his food he snatched it out of one of the employees hand. I was so pissy like black history month is around the corner like thats so disrespectful so shout out to the guy with the braids and the headset for keeping it proffesional. Anywho i need to finish my fries but 10/10 recommend!

Be prepared to wait for 10+ minutes every time you enter the drive thru. I suggested having a mobile thru line like other locations and the employee told me that would mess it up for the workers and make their job harder. Clearly they don’t care about the consumers time or experience

I ordered through mobile app , just a drink and added in some things at the window . My total was $3.98 , I had $4 & wouldn’t have cared for 2 cents . The guy at the drive through didn’t greet me , didn’t say anything when I drove off . He also , had an issue with me paying with cash , he said I prefer you pay with a card , I asked him why and he said it’s just his preference . I found this service rude and very distasteful . Customer service is one of the biggest reasons we the people come to chicfali & one bad experience will make you not even want to support your local location . I will drive to another location before I accept this type of service again ! His name was VICTOR . It’s 7:45 am , spread happy joy not attitude .

I made a mobile order for breakfast items 10 minutes before the cut off time because my local Chikfila is shut down and by the time I decided to order I knew I’d be late for breakfast. Stupid of me to believe an establishment like chikfila would be prepared for situations like this and have prepared to ordered items before my arrival as they had accepted my mobile order and took my money before me getting there. The young man told me they hadn’t accepted my payment, yet somehow my bank account has been missing 12+ dollars since I’d ordered my items an hour ago. The young lady who came out to say the same thing clearly had an attitude about her and didn’t make the situation any better. I ended up driving 14 minutes to this chikfila just to turn around with no breakfast and a missing 12 dollars I could have use to get food from somewhere else. The order was in the system, they knew I was on my way and yet they still chose to inconvenience me instead of canceling my order and refunding me before I got there. Not to mention their service was slow for the car ahead of me and because of their drive thru system I was locked in their line for another five minutes. I’ve tried filing a complain via the app but it seems like they just want to give me the run around.

This was the worst Chick-fil-A experience that I’ve ever had. We paid for breakfast and then waited for 20 min only for them to tell us that they lost our order. I don’t know what is up with these Gen Z workers but Chick-fil-A you need to train people better. As a Georgia raised customer I’m appalled that in the home state of Chick-fil-A you would royally mess up an order to this extent. We were asked twice what our order was which was a red flag and then they offered us lunch instead, but at that point we just wanted our money back and they couldn’t even refund us because they lost the order (aka they messed up our name AND order). When we went to the card to dispute the charge it was only $8 for 2 meals which doesn’t add up, literally. You know you’ve gone downhill when Waffle House service is better than Chick-fil-A

Used to be a nice CFA, but something change since the remodel. No one in that store looks like me nor can they speak my language. That’s probably why my order is consistently incorrect.

You MUST check your drive thru and pick up orders, this CFA is WELL BELOW the standards of a normal CFA.
