Excellent place, great service and awesome food.
The place didn’t look great from outside, but inside is a different story. Very well designed with great ambience.
With mouth watering toppings to your selection, and great options for bread one can easily make the fresh and personalized sandwich to their hearts content.

I absolutely love the Subway on Jefferson. The staff was amazing, friendly and kind. The food was phenomenal. It is one of the cleanest stores I have seen or ate at.

I’m lactose intolerant and my main symptoms is diarrhea when I eat too much dairy. I told the older gentleman I didn’t want cheese, even though the sandwich I ordered, listed everything “they” thought should be on the sandwich, and included cheese. So I didn’t say anything about removing the cheese since I was headed home after ordering the food, so if my stomach chose to flip flop I wouldn’t be having to wait some place for a toilet.

When to do an online order and they shut it down for the night and it is only 5:30. Craving Subway and they don’t want to work because they said they’re short-handed with only two people. I am unable to get to the restaurant to pick up an order. People pay more money to have the orders delivered to them but yet there’s workers that don’t want to work because it’s too much for them. They shouldn’t be working then.
I’ve been in the industry for a long time if the owners want to make money they have to keep working not shut everything down because employees are too lazy to work.

I really wanted some of the broccoli cheese soup, which they no longer carry at either store in Lebanon. Subway no longer offers discounts for military or first responders. They’ve put in a new soda machine that doesn’t work as well. The employees were amazing and did their job well.

Low amount of selection. I wanted soup. But they took it off the menue, I asked for a Forrest responders or military discount (after 21 years of serving i should get that, like most restaurants do honer). Bath rooms were pretty clean though.

My boyfriend and I went in last night to get some food. The worker there we had last night was Tyler and I wanted to say he did a really good job with us! He was polite, fast with making the sandwiches and getting everything done but also got everything on our order correct and it tasted really good!

Came in waited about 15 minuets while they finished an online order. I’ve worked the food industry before so I’m aware how online orders are and thought nothing of it, because the worker also greeted me. Then a family comes in with kids who go to pick there chips. 10 more minutes go by and the worker then starts by asking the family in front of me what they can get started. I’m usually not the person to complain about it and would even be more than willing to let the next person go ahead but if I’m already expected to wait that long for them to finish but now on top of that for them to make four sandwiches for this family. Completely unacceptable, they knew I had been there waiting as long as I did and did nothing about it. I walked out and will never be back.
