Fantastic staff, food and coffee! Been going most mornings since they opened. The past few weeks the scanner has not been working. This forces customers to lose out on reward points and use other forms of payment besides the Starbucks app. Today the app scanner did not work again, AND the credit card machine did not work. I just left without my drink because it’s not worth the hassle and went to the Starbucks off of Boughton and Route 53 and their system worked perfectly! Sad to see this location not service their point of sale systems properly and lose customers.

This Starbucks is super cozy and the staff was very friendly. It has a very communal atmosphere that a lot of Starbucks lack. Theres also something kind of romantic about walking into a coffee shop for coffee and a pastry that kind of disappeared with drive-thrus. They seem to be building a new starbucks building right across with a drive-thru. The location was out of oatmilk and the barista offered an alternative, it was very meh, not the best coffee ever ams the cheese danish was cold, but its definitely a cute location

I go through the drive-thru every morning, and all of the baristas are genuine, caring, kind, and always make each experience personal. I own and operate a local small business by myself working 15 to 17 hrs a day 7 days a week and I go here not only because the drinks are on point and delicious, but I also enjoy the genuine conversations that makes my day start off with a smile !
Love this Starbucks!

Don’t bother going to this store for any launches. Employees take the cups then lie about it. Will never go back to this location.

FAIL! Let’s start by removing 75% of the ONE star rating. 8 minutes from the time I ordered until I arrived at the window, and then about another 4 minutes of my time wasted by the astonishingly belligerent attendant! While holding my beverage at her eye height she obnoxiously asked me “do you need a straw?” To which I replied “do I?” Unable to see the lid and not knowing if Starbucks had changed their lids to something new or not, I couldn’t possibly provide an accurate answer, hence the query on my part. I did know that years ago, Starbucks had changed their cold drinks lids to a sort of sippy cup style which allows consumers to drink from the lid as if it were a hot beverage but again, I hadn’t been to a Starbucks in years…

This “do you need a straw?” back and forth went on for about five volleys before Queen Bee decided to hand over my beverage which had pretty much gone warm in her hand. The main reason I hadn’t been to a Starbucks in quite some time as I feel they’ve taken the same idea as McDonald’s and less sold food but more owned real estate, and of course in a despicable move like that, quality falls through the floor. Right! Lesson learned, your highness, I’ll NEVER be back and YOU’RE my new reason why! When I say that I’ll never be back to this place, I mean that if I’m driving by and I see it’s ON FIRE, I’ll keep on driving. There’s enough strife and nonsense happening in America right now, the last thing I need is to have a row with some uppity barista over a lid I can’t see and could therefore NEVER accurately answer her demand.

DEAD TO ME!

Once again, enjoyed the time interacting both with the barista placing my order as well as hanging out while waiting for our orders to be ready chatting with a fellow customer.
Oh, oh, OH!!! I finally found the sign language cup!!!! It’s christened with a Matcha Frappuccino–!!! I’m so happy!
Ooh! Now I’ve been utilizing my personal cup for all my drinks to gain extra stars, tried to tell the world a thousand times, now Starbucks cafés sport signs reminding all fans and customers alike of the joy, until to my private joy I watched a fellow Starbucks customer march out with her own drink in her very personal and NOT Starbucks cup–Yay!

Every time I go through the drive-thru, I love seeing Cody. He is such a good soul! He is attentive, genuine, caring, kind, and always makes each experience personal. I go here not only because the drinks are on point and delicious, but also to have genuine conversations that make my day start off on the right kind of note. It is the simple things that really go a very long way!
