Came in on 3-7-26 around 3-4 pm. I should have known by the emptiness of the restaurant on a Saturday at that time that we shouldn’t go there. The host took her time to seat us although the place was near empty. She had us wait “while our table was cleaned off”, despite the numerous empty tables available. Then comes the server. (After 10 min)
She also had no sense of urgency. By the time we finally got drinks, the people who were seated after us, (in a different section) had already ordered their food.
Both apps we ordered were cold when they came out. The pan fried dumplings were not served sizzling and not seared at all. The worst part of the meal was when my dinner came out. I ordered sesame chicken and for some reason it came out as soup. While some ain’t argue the vegetables made it watery, Panda Express has the same amount of vegetables if not more and I have never gotten watery soupy sesame chicken from there. Not only was it watery and soupy it had absolutely no flavor. I’m really against people who complain to get free food at restaurants so I opted to complain on Google. If PF Chang is looking to close a restaurant I would recommend closing this one. We spent $100 on food that we could have gotten at Panda Express with better quality for $20. And if we really are supposed to tip based on service I wouldn’t have even given the 15% that I feel I am required to tip, however I didn’t want to be a non-tipper.

I’ve been meaning to try this spot for a while, and it certainly lived up to the hype. The ambiance is wonderful—well-lit and spacious with a surprisingly peaceful atmosphere despite being nearly full. We enjoyed the spring rolls, salad, Singapore noodles, shrimp tempura sushi, and the Pacific spicy chicken and shrimp; every dish was flavorful and delicious. A special shout-out to our server, Amanda, who was exceptionally helpful. She guided us through the menu since it was our first visit and provided quick, attentive service. Visited PF Chang’s recently and had mixed feelings about the experience. The service was definitely the highlight – our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the meal.
That said, the location itself feels a bit outdated and could use a refresh. As for the food, the flavors were decent, but nothing particularly stood out. It felt more like an “Asian-inspired” take rather than authentic Asian cuisine, which is fine if that’s what you’re looking for, but it didn’t quite hit the mark for us. Overall, good service, okay food, but the atmosphere could use some love.

usually never have an issue with anything I order from here. but first time getting the dynamite shrimp and im throughly unimpressed. Image showed whole fried shrimp not cut up, showed them sauced up not dry and definitely not worth $15

I ordered PF Chang delivery. I ordered two Mongolian beef dinner portions, Two egg drop soups and a crab Rangoon. After delivery, the first thing I noticed was the soups were completely left out. How hard is it to remember the contents of a delivery order? The Mongolian beef portion was an absolute joke. It could not have been 3 ounces of beef. It came cold so I warmed it up. Even after, it needed salt and was so tasteless. I remember when Pf Chang had to long wait to get in and the portions were so big you could split them. I specifically ordered the dinner portion and paid more, but the sizes were more like a kids meal. This is the last time I will ever order from P.F. Chang’s even after reporting it, they gave me a five dollar credit. They simply have no pride and what they do.

I placed an order for pickup today and selected the Gluten-Free Beef with Broccoli Lunch Special. Unfortunately, that is not what I was given. This has been a recurring issue with my orders from this location, and it is extremely frustrating. When I order food, I expect to receive exactly what I paid for, especially when dietary needs such as gluten-free are involved.
It is particularly disappointing because I have a limited 30-minute lunch break. Taking time out of my workday to pick up food only to find that the order is incorrect leaves me without a proper meal and wastes both my time and money. A restaurant of this standard should be consistent and reliable, yet I find myself dealing with mistakes far too often.
I would greatly appreciate it if more care was taken to ensure orders are accurate, as customers should not have to double-check or worry about receiving the wrong meal. I would truly like to enjoy a good meal from P.F. Chang’s without the ongoing concern that my order will be incorrect.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at P.F. Chang’s, and a HUGE part of that was our server, Marshall! From the moment we were seated, Marshall was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He made us feel welcomed and cared for without ever feeling rushed or overlooked.
He knew the menu so well, gave great recommendations, and checked in at just the right moments. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does, and that energy made our entire meal even better. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the service was top-tier.
Marshall is a standout and a true asset to this restaurant. We’ll absolutely be back—and we’ll be asking for him by name next time!

Christian was an amazing server. He was attentive, kind, and clearly doing his best. This review is not about him.
We waited over an hour for food because they hadn’t prepared soup or sushi rice. When it finally came out, it was barely edible. The soup tasted like straight grease, and the rest of the food was very disappointing. I only ate it because we had already waited so long and were hungry.
Great server, terrible kitchen execution. Not the first impression I was hoping for, and I wouldn’t return.
