I order Chick-fil-A through DoorDash to my office once or twice a week and almost every single time without fail the large fry is basically half full. I get less fries with my large then is supposed to come with a medium, and yet I’m paying extra.
Not sure how hard it is to send out fries that are full, but can you please work with your staff?

I’m unsure what happened to this location, but the last three times items have been left forgotten in our drive through order. The first time was just a medium fry, the second time an order of chicken nuggets, and the third time was an order of chicken nuggets and two orders of fries. It wasn’t noticed until we were home, and we then double checked the receipt to make sure it was rang in which they always were.
In addition, the large fries from this location never seem to be filled all the way up.

if you want a mouthful of tendons and fat then this is the cfa for you. also their fries always have a weird grainy texture could assume they don’t clean their fryers like they should. seriously lost my appetite and ive tried this place like 3 times, same thing.

We go to this chick fil a in maitland a lot! Have to say everyone is super friendly but Austin one of there employees there is the sweetest person ever! He is a greatest employee , he greets everyone when they come in, thanks people for stopping by and to come back again, and when he hands out orders he says enjoy your lunch! He is a very polite young man! I enjoy going there!

Absolutely wonderful! Chick-fil-A knows how to do customer service with flair. Other restaurants need to take lessons from Chick-fil-A. They will skimp out on the sauces. Two meals and received two sauce packets to split. Added bacon to my sandwich, the bacon was burnt. Little attention to quality at this location. Went during off peak hours too. The order was also wrong.
