Worst ever Pizza Hut. This is 3rd time in this place I have extremely bad experience in food quality and employees behavior. Employee was cursed me out. they give me uncooked pizza I ask her to change she put same pizza in oven back and burned it.and employee continues arguing with me.
I ask for refund she ask for all personal info to fill out I was not trusting her give my info to her. She was threatening me so I didn’t give. I went day after when I was in area ask for manager and lady come out to drive thru window to talk to me she I can’t give refund back.

Dining room was closed, and I had walked across from the truck stop. They left a phone number on the door. So I called and no one answered. Wow, so apparently, some corporate idiots want people to download the app. This is not service, it’s not customer service, and I left.

Tried to use the app, says it doesn’t deliver to my area. I called 3 times. First two times it rang until it went to voicemail the last time someone finally answered. Gave my order waited and when the food does come my order is wrong. No cinnabon & no pepperoni pizza. Who cut this? A toddler? They did correct it but it’s always something. If it isn’t rude employees it’s something else. Hopefully, something changes.

Check your food before leaving! I got charged extra for no reason, I asked to add bacon on my pizza and they didn’t but still charged me for it.

The dinning room is currently being remodeled. They will help you through the drive through window even if you ate not in a car. While very convenient (especially for a truck driver) that isn’t very safe and they should consider helping walk up customers at the door instead.

100% the worst service I have ever experienced. If I could give it 0 starts I would.
Made a call for a delivery and they had an Attitude on the phone the whole time. Seemed like it was such an inconvenience for them to do their job.
Asked if I could pay over the phone and they said ” you’re supposed to do it on a computer, but I guess.. *sigh*”
0 out of 10 would not recommend! Stay away from this place. If they don’t wanna work. Then they need to quit their job.

Great service! Ordered online and they had it ready when I arrived. Every single pizza was perfection! I’ve NEVER had that happen before. We will definitely going to this location over the one a bit closer to us.

As a truck driver that cannot fit a semi tractor thru the damn drive thru…why is it we have to walk thru the damn drive thru if we want to pick up a carryout order? The damn dining room has been closed to the public for over two years now…tonight’s episode was the straw that broke the camels back…I will NOT be returning to this location until this issue is FIXED
