We went on a Friday..it was 2 of us and the wait was over a hour. So don’t go if ur starving. Unless it’s a weekday. Food is always delicious. Ofcourse i got my favorite the spinach dip. We ordered wings and steaks. No complaints. Service was OK.

Went there for a date night. We usually order and pickup curbside to go. However, we wanted it to be fresh. When we walked in we were greeted by the bartender and told someone will be with us. The tables were trashed like a party just left. Someone greeted us while her phone was to her ear. We were given a table between two parties. The server came and took our order and told us one thing we requested wasn’t on the menu as an appetizer. She seem like she was uninterested and in a rush. Came back and gave us our drinks, bread and butter, along with some dirty saucer plates. I’d recomment they look at the plates before bringing them to the tables. We just pushed them to the side. We noticed how helpful and attentive she was to the other patrons. My fiance ordered a burger, fries, and a side of broccoli. I ordered steak, potatoes, broccoli. They brought our food out and they had his broccoli on the same plate like he’s a kid. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if we had clean saucers. By the time she came bk most of his food was gone and he never ate the broccoli. Just a waste of food and money. I always get the same thing and it always taste good. Wish our in person service was better.

I go out to a restaurant at least once a week and this is my first ever experience ever at a Longhorn and it is by far the best restaurant experience I have ever had in my life. Our server was Ashley and she was amazing and the best service I’ve ever had at a restaurant, especially as a former server myself, it blew my mind. And of course the main attraction, the food, I thought I was not a fan of steak until I had Longhorns filet. Even all our sides were fantastic! They have completely changed my perspective on steaks and service. Jennifer, the manager also visited our table, and was a delight, and put the cherry on top. This is definitely a 10/10 experience and I recommend it to anyone new to Longhorn like myself, or long timers alike.

We have been to this location a few times now and every time the food and service have been amazing. Food is prepared correctly, not over seasoned but not bland, just right. We did have a small issue with the hostess as we entered BUT IT WASN’T HER FAULT! I do not blame her. She was hostess, clearing and cleaning tables all by herself. A couple waiters saw us enter but didn’t come greet us nor did they inform the hostess that she had guests. After 2 or 3 more families entered and had been waiting a minute or two I walked over to the person taking online orders near the bar and asked if there was a hostess or if we were to seat ourselves. She acted as if I had 3 heads. She had been sitting there the whole time and could have easily come greeted us and let us know the hostess would be right there. AND she could have let the hostess know the lobby was full of people. It may be the hostess responsibility to help clear tables but someone needs to give her a hand as well if she is going to be required to do 2 jobs. All that to say I put that on the management not the hostess and they need to have a talk with the other employees about greeting customers as they enter if the hostess isn’t at her post. I felt bad for the hostess. However, we will continue to go because the food and service at the table have been excellent.

4/19/25 – Place was packed when we went but staff was great with service and getting people in and out as quick as they could. The food was delicious. I got the flo’s fillet, and it was cooked perfectly for me. I got the French onion soup, it was good but I felt it had too much cheese and breading. I wish it was a little more broth. I also got the strawberry pecan salad, it was a pretty big portion but it was super delicious. Our server was great. You also get bread brought to the table when you are first seated.

Delicious! We got the outlaw ribeye and split it. They sat us next to a beautiful painting of what seems to be near the grand canyon, but I forgot to get a picture of the steak. Anyway, the steak was cooked perfectly (medium) and had a great flavor. The french onion soup was a 10/10!!!

My steak was cooked well done but I had asked for medium rare. I sent it back and it took so long to cook another steak that every single person at the table was finished eating before my steak came out…and this time it was cooked so rare it was cold inside. Gross. The ribeye was on the tougher side, so poor cut of meat. Pretty bad for a steak place. They didn’t offer anything but a rushed apology for the recooked steak taking so long. Horrible customer service.
We got there at 6, waited an hour for a table, the hostesses seemed pretty disorganized. The table was under a freezing fan that they only turned off when they wanted us to leave even though we had asked to have it turned off when we were seated, we had to eat in our jackets.
They started vacuuming the floor in front of our table at 830, even though my steak had just arrived. I guess they thought we would leave if they started closing clean up. Horrible atmosphere. Such a bad vibe all the way around.

Inconsistent food quality. First visit was good, last night was not. The ribeye was gristley and not cooked as requested. The loaded baked potato was sparsely loaded. Never got offered a refill. And is it too much to ask that a waitress smile at least once?
Watched the table next to us sneeze, cough, and blow their noses like trumpets for 30 minutes. Nasty snot rags all over the table and the table got a very quick half hearted wipe down with no visible disinfectant. It seems that everyone in the restaurant noticed the sick people except the staff.
I will not return. Not for at least a year, maybe the staff will change by then. Waitress was Shanneea or something.

Food was great and cooked to our liking. Waitress was very patient and helpful and attentive. Place was a little tight i felt like they wanted to cram as many ppl in the restaurant as possible. We felt like we were eating with other ppl next to us we were so close. But overall I would eat there again but I will sit in a booth or at the bar.
