Arrived around 7:30pm on a Friday night. Yuri immediately went over to my table to take my order. She was cordial, polite, and professional. The food arrived shortly after I washed my hands. She was attentive and always smiling. The food, pollo a la plancha with moro and a side salad, was cooked to perfection. The chicken was juicy and not overcooked. The cafecito was the perfect finishing touch. Thanks Yuri for making a good meal experience great. Will definitely be returning.

She made sure everything was perfect from start to finish, always checking on us with a warm smile and great attitude. The food was delicious, but what really stood out was her excellent service. The Guava flavor of ice cream is phenomenal, hands down the best in the area. So good that I drive all the way from plantation fl just to get this stuff thats a 45m drive, hurry up and get a scoop before its gone

I’ve been visiting Polo Norte since a young kid. The food has always been delicious and the atmosphere has always been superb throughout all the locations I have visited.

Disappointing experience during a family visit. The order was taken incorrectly, and unfortunately, the staff was dismissive rather than helpful when we pointed it out. While the pizza was okay, the spaghetti lacked any depth or quality—it felt very amateur. With poor service and subpar pasta, we won’t be returning.

Love this place for when I’m craving comfort food. They have incredible ice cream, shakes, and pizza. The rest of the menu is also top-notch and delicious! They are a local staple of the community and have been around since I was little. I always bring my family when they visit from upstate, like I did this visit cause they miss the food and atmosphere of Polo Norte. 10/10!

Worst Customer Service in the world!!! It’s impossible for them to be get an order correctly. I don’t understand why hire people to work in a business that do not want to work there nor they have the best interest of the customer at heart.
