I had a fantastic experience at Sideline Grill in Livingston. It has such an awesome, friendly vibe—it really feels like one of those welcoming neighborhood spots where the regulars love to hang out. They also have a ton of Christmas decorations up right now, which made the atmosphere feel extra festive and nice.
The service was excellent; the staff was amazing, incredibly nice, and very helpful throughout my visit.
I came in on a Sunday and it was perfect because they had all the TVs showing the football games. For food, I tried the fries (which were voted #1) and they did not disappoint! They came loaded with jalapeños, onions, cheese, and their special Sideline sauce. It was very tasty—honestly the best “Sunday guilt meal” I’ve had in a while.
Between the food, the football, and the games (they have pool, darts, and a music machine), it’s just a great place to hang out. Highly recommend!

We love coming here with our friends! The fries are so good especially the Southwest ones. We definitely want to try more of the food, but everything we’ve had so far is solid bar food. We usually prefer coming when there isn’t a band so we can talk and hear each other, since it can get pretty loud when there is one. We’ve also made friends with some of the bartenders, and they’re always so friendly and genuinely happy to see us. We always recommend this place and love it!

We came to watch the superbowl and have a great time! The loaded fries and buffalo shrimp was too salty. Other than that the food and drinks were amazing!!

This is a great place to take your date to right after a mini golf date. This was my second date with this special someone, and to my shock this Bar serves polish pierogis. I never have thought that this appetizer would be here of all places. I got the chance to introduce my date to a portion of my culture. Surprisingly even more so that they were delicious! The servers were extermly kind and very attentive. I highly recommend this place. I took my date here on the 18th. My apologies for the late review

My dad and I stopped at this bar randomly in NJ. We are not local to the area, but we were grabbing food on the way out, of our day trip.
It was spontaneous and a nice find! It was festive for the holiday – the Santa seat covers were a nice touch. The bathroom had sticky notes all over it — which I thought was cool/different — positive vibes! Our waitress was nice and pretty. Food was delicious!Simple menu and good prices.

The menu is an elevated version of pubfare with great rotating specials every day. Also great wing and beer specials on Mondays and Thursdays for football. Their wild fry platters have been featured on multiple food blogs and named best in Jersey.
Staff is friendly and on top of their game when its busy.

Needed a place to watch the Steelers while in MA. We found Sidelines and went. Service was excellent. Rose served us but other checked in just in case we needed something. It was sooo perfect. Even the owner Adam stopped by to see how everything was. Very impressive. We ordered a pizza. We’re more of a thin crust but this deep dish did NOT disappoint!!!! The buffalo wings were good too. And quite the selection of sauces and dips. Overall, GO!!!!!!! Team Sidelines!!
