Arrived shortly after opening and, after a brief wait while another was being served, was greeted by a welcoming staff. I ordered the breakfast sandwich and asked for a recommendation on coffee. Breakfast sandwich was twice as large as expected and had a whipped styled egg, which at first was different but was tasty and filling. The menu is based on locally available ingredients. The shop is housed in an old gas station and has a brick interior with vintage signage and local decorations, it is on the smaller side but that lends to the cozy atmosphere. Would recommend for sure, will return without a doubt.

Had an excellent lunch here! We ordered the G.C. Caesar Sandwich and the Braised Beef on Weck, along with a roasted butternut squash soup, and everything was absolutely amazing. We can be very critical about our food orders, but this place truly impressed us. The area and menu are small but inviting, and the restaurant itself is cute and very clean. You can tell the chef truly knows how to cook he uses fresh, local ingredients, which is always a plus. Both the chef and staff were super friendly and answered all our questions. I can’t wait to try their ‘Sunday Supper’ the next time it’s offered. Highly recommend stopping in for a bite or for some coffee, which was good too!

Awesome new cafe! The staff were very friendly, the space is cute and super clean. The coffee was great and the breakfast sandwich was absolutely huge and delicious. It’s on a big roll with really good sausage. The cook said that he was a chef for many years in Philidelphia and you can totally tell based on this sandwhich. So lucky to have the COW in Warsaw! Can’t wait to stop back in.

We visited The C.O.W. during our trip to see Letchworth Falls, and this little coffee shop is absolutely worth the stop! From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with smiles and genuine friendliness. The woman at the register and the man preparing the food were both so kind and informative, even giving us great tips about local spots to visit. They made us feel truly welcome right away.
The environment is warm, cozy, and full of charm. The decor has a rustic farmhouse feel, with family-style tables beautifully set for fall. The food on display looks incredible — and it’s actually real! You can tell they care about quality and presentation. They also feature and use locally sourced goods, which adds a nice community touch.
I ordered a breakfast sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious — the garlic mayo was a perfect and flavorful touch that really set it apart. My boyfriend had The Slobber, which was a massive sandwich stacked with turkey, squash mayo, chili, Concord grape, Gouda, and kale. It was such a creative combination, and he completely devoured it.
The coffee was just as impressive. I had The Cow, and it was one of the best cups I’ve had — smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. I almost went back for a second one!

I made a quick stop at the Coffee Outpost in Warsaw during a layover on my way to New Jersey, and it ended up being one of the highlights of my trip. The service was absolutely impeccable—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. My cappuccino was perfection, rich and velvety, and the cookies were to die for. If you ever find yourself passing through, do yourself a favour and grab a coffee here. It’s the kind of stop that turns a long journey into a pleasant memory.

Love this new coffee shop! Prices are the best in town, they make great coffee drinks and they have good food and local goods. Please support them! A suggestion is to get more seating. The big tables you have are beautiful but smaller tables make for cozy work, visiting spaces and more places to sit. A friend said they came for lunch but both tables were taken so they visited another shop this time. I love having this coffee shop in town!

We found this gem by accident when we took a wrong turn on our way to NYC. We were stopped at the stop light and were saying how badly we needed a coffee, when we looked out the window and there it was. We were so lucky to have found this place. Amazingly friendly staff who gave us advice for our travel. We loved the house made coffee syrups and the local coffee. Would highly recommend making a stop here if you are in the area.

Cute and cozy space, very friendly staff, and the breakfast sandwich was fantastic. It is a big sandwich with the fluffiest egg patty I have had from a restaurant. Definitely recommend it a stop for breakfast, looking forward to doing lunch here sometime.
