Excellent experience overall. This was my second time to an In-N-Out Burger, and it was the first time my wife has ever been. She enjoys Five Guys, but said that she enjoyed her experience even more! I’d say the fries were a little dry, but the burger was excellent.

Service here is top notch! Food is fresh and the flavors are great. I love the fresh cut French fries! I like the fries well, meaning cooked a little longer in the fryer for crunch. I get my burgers wrapped in lettuce = proteins style, but my husband swears by the 3×3.

This was only my second time eating at In-N-Out Burger after living in the area for over a year. I wanted to wash the debate regarding whether What-a-burger is better. Well, I still think both places are equal in ratings. But, I must say the In-N-Out staff provides great service and are extremely kind. Staff members such as Nate were extremely helpful and took great care in making sure I had everything I needed. I will definitely be back. The food is great as well.

I am from Southern California and I know my In-N-Out. This location in Ft Worth was good, but their lettuce and tomatoes were not crisp and cold, like how they always are in CA, and the burger patties were a bit too salty. Still good, but I think California does it best still.

Went here on September 15th, 2025. It was my first time trying In N Out as we don’t have one in Connecticut, this place was amazing! It was the one restaurant I was looking forward to the most while visiting, and it does not disappoint! I got a regular burger that’s animal style, and the animal style fries. Both were very tasty, almost reminds me of the Big Mac sauce from McDonald’s, but better! Hopefully when I visit Texas again, I will come back here! Great experience overall

Excellent In N Out location. Service and food are top notch. I appreciate the lower prices for a quality cheeseburger that this chain offers. This particular location has excellent service. The employee Cade in particular seemed to go above and beyond the typical expectation of a fast food restaurant, seeing that we had kids with us and willingly taking the food to our table for us. 100% recommend this spot for a quality cheeseburger

In-N-Out is hands down our favorite burger spot! We always go out of our way to stop by whenever we’re in a city that has one. I had a cheeseburger protein style, which swaps the bun for fresh, crisp lettuce—so good and still super satisfying. My husband ordered his usual 4×2 (four patties, two slices of cheese, also protein style), and we shared an order of fries extra crispy—perfectly done! The quality is always high, the food is fresh, and they’ve never messed up our order. The employees are always friendly, efficient, and professional. God bless in and out, I wish we had one in Decatur and I didn’t have to drive all the way to Denton. It’s such a blessing to be able to go order food get it in a timely manner. I’ve never had them mess it up. I have celiac and I order everything Protein style, which is incredible and it’s nice to be able to have the french fries because everything is safe. They always have great attitudes. The food is always amazing. I have nothing but amazing things to say.
