This was my first time ever going to Texas road house and they had gone above and beyond! The place was clean the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the food was AMAZING. We had even come in an hour before closed and they still gave us their full attention, very impressed with this location!

Julie was our fun, efficient waitress who made the visit enjoyable. My sirloin steak with shrimp was so good, accompanied by the house salad which they served in a chilled bowl so the lettuce was super crisp and delicious toppings, the best Ranch dressing ever! My husband’s ribeye was also excellent. His baked potato was huge. Of course, the rolls and honey butter were wonderful. Overall, a wonderful experience!

We were seated right away and got our drinks fast but as soon as we ordered our food and appetizer it took over 20-30 minutes for our salads to come out and appetizer never had this problem before and our waitress was never coming to our table frequently to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed or to refresh our drinks and had to ask another waitress to see why it was taking so long for our salads and appetizer we wanted to eat them before our meals came. Also our waitress had a small attitude when we asked for our salads and was very rude about it when she came with them and it seemed like she didn’t want to be there and barely smiled. I did tip her was thinking of not tipping but I’m a nice person. Every time I looked over to see where our waitress was she was either upfront talking to other employees or in the kitchen laughing about something no hurry or rush from her to get our food to us

Excellent food and service was superb! However when paying with your card, pay attention to your tip amount. The recommended amount for 20% was more than it actually was. I was curious, so I calculated it myself. It was only a couple dollars and some change, more, than the real 20% amount. However, I find that rather odd. Our server was wonderful and made our experience here excellent!

We went early to the bar. Robin was friendly, attentive, and got us exactly what we wanted. Once at the table, our server Marissa was right there to greet us and bring starters. We were a little comical towards her, but she took it in stride and attended to business. All good, and our party had a great experience. Can’t wait until our next visit. Great service and professionalism

State Wrestling is this weekend, the restaurant was very busy. It had a 30 minute wait for walk-ins. We used the “Join Waitlist” service and ended up only waiting 5 minutes. Food came out quickly.

Our two meals were ok. My steak was not cooked correctly! I asked for medium rare for my bone- in ribeye and it was rare! The waitress asked if I wanted to send back but I said no as it has happened before and came back almost well done! Not happy! Waitress did very good so no complaints about service! Not her fault, she didn’t cook it!

They really allowed a sick kid who puked all over the rug in front of the hostesses desk and where they get bread from
They also didn’t clean the puke up
Allowing customers to walk all over it and spread it all throughout the restaurant
Absolutely disgusting and I am disappointed in how Texas Roadhouse management and crew handled this

As a disclaimer, I’m not typically the person to gripe and moan, however, sometimes a complaint is necessary — at Texas Roadhouse this evening I was having some drinks, and so, it was only natural that I had to use the restroom quite a few times. Unfortunately, almost every time that I used the restroom there was an employee there who, for some reason or another, did not wash their hands after having gone (this happened 3 times with 3 separate employees)… Which, as a man, I know that most men don’t wash their hands, however, shouldn’t employees handling food be held to a higher standard? So, I spoke to the service manager, Sierra (I tried to be polite as I know most managers deal with quite a bit of unnecessary rudeness) and what did I get as a response? An apology? A reassurance that she’ll speak to the staff? Perhaps a thank you for drawing her attention to the problem? Or maybe a follow-up at the end of our dinner that the issue has been resolved? Nothing of the sort. I expressed my concern and she said “okay, sounds good” and left. No thank you, no apology, no reassurance whatsoever, and so I’m left wondering — did she even do anything? I don’t think so. So, while the food and the atmosphere is great at this location, I won’t be dining here anymore because, after all, I don’t want to be served food that has been prepared and cooked by people who have feces residue on their hands… that is, by all measures, disgusting and unacceptable. Especially given that employees share the same restroom as the customers… You’d think that that would cause them to pay more attention to their cleanliness, but, apparently the male staff care little about that and management cares even less about addressing the issue.

Food was good and our server was attentive. The highchair for our grandson was not great you have to sit it on the table or a chair and there was no way to secure it to a chair and then buckle the baby. My husband used the buckle for buckling the baby to secure it to the chair.
The person who sat us looked less than enthused to be there but overall decent experience.
