It’s fast food, so not judging the atmosphere. Overall, it was a good visit. One thing I don’t like is these towns that have signs on the Interstate and you have to drive two miles off the freeway to get to the place so that ticked me off. I ordered a half pound burger and so did my kid and we had some onion rings and a drink for her. Total cost was 32 bucks, which for fast food is a lot (yeah it’s fast food, they have a drive thru) and now I know why I don’t eat out at fast food places. You order your food and they bring it out to you but still fast food. Overall the food was good and I know some folks say the quality is worth it but for me, it’s a bit spendy for fast food. This was my first time at Burgerville in years and I probably won’t go back anytime soon due to the cost and value for fast food. I’d rather go to a sit down place. I didn’t look at the receipt but I wonder if they charged my kid (me) for the two things of ranch for her onion rings. Again, good food but def pricey even if all the ingredients are local.

The wait time was unexpectedly long—about 20 minutes for two kids’ meals—and the order was still missing a sauce. The restaurant was not busy and appeared to be well-staffed, so the delay was surprising. Additionally, my son noted that the restroom was in poor condition. The interior of the restaurant is very nice, but the service fell short. Overall, this was the slowest Burgerville location I’ve visited.

I thought as busy as there always are it had to have it together. So disappointed. Fires were good but way over salted. The burger not so much a cold piece of cheese on an over cooked dry piece of meat lettuce limp bun was cold. At the price I feel I would have been better off going to a sit down restaurant.

I have been going to Burgerville since I was a kid… I used to love the Burgers. I have been going less and less because they have gotten so expensive, but the Burgers were still pretty good. This time I was really disappointed in the burger quality and the price was outrageous. I spent almost $20 for a “1/2 pound” bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a coke. This means two very thin overcooked patties, not a nice juicy patty. I don’t mind spending the money if it’s worth it, but the patties were McDonald’s thin, and very dry and flavorless. My son’s cheeseburger patty was the same. My wife had the Turkey Burger and also was not impressed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is fairly small and feels like you’re in a fish bowl with the drive thru line watching you eat. With so many good burger places these days you have to either make awesome burgers, be a good value or ideally both. I’m really sad to say Burgerville unfortunately was neither. P.S. the fries are still pretty good.

First time coming here and we were very impressed! Driving through Oregon on a roadtrip and craving a burger, my boyfriend and I were getting extremely irritated that literally everything we could find on Google was a smash burger. If I wanted 1/16 of an inch of dry meat I’d get a bag of jerky. We finally scrolled the map enough to find Burgerville and the pictures showed actual normal sized hamburgers! Service was good and the restaurant was clean. Bathrooms were clean as well. We ate on the patio and omg the food was so good. We both got the #6 add bacon 1/2lb (which is two 1/4lb patties) and whatever is in the Burgerville sauce is liquid gold. Got some ranch for our fries which was also delicious. I got the salted caramel white chocolate macadamia cookie and I’m not kidding it was top 3 cookies I think I’ve ever eaten. We will definitely be back next time we’re somewhere with a Burgerville

Y’all need to get some more workers on this place. The people here seem really nice, the food is pretty good, but they were stretched thin and I felt really bad cause I initially got annoyed until I saw it was like a few people. I think that more workers would help with making this place better.

Staff is friendly and quick but they need to be taught how to cook. Food was just thrown together. I purchased a fish sandwich and kept biting into real hard things, to the point that I thought I broke a tooth and was chewing on it. Burger was horrible, it tasted freezer burnt and they couldn’t put enough sauce on it to hide that rancid taste. Only thing edible was the fries. The strawberry milk shake was awesome though. Unfortunately I don’t like paying $50 for two people to eat fries and shakes cuz everything else went into the trash.

Nothing special. Actually quite pricey for what it is. The burger toppings were fresh. That’s about the only upside. The beef patties them selves were dry and over cooked. I felt like I could have gotten similar quality and possibly better at a few fast food chain establishments for about half the price. The person working the window was nice. They are open late so if you are in a bind and don’t care about cost.

Twas my 1st time trying burgerville after finding out that it’s Oregon’s most popular fast food joint. I grabbed the northwest cheeseburger, I thoroughly enjoyed it! Not heavy/greasy and I could have eaten a second one easily 🙂 Will definitely hit it up again.

$20 for two baby size sliders and fries and a $0.50 fry sauce that’s below even mid a best is crazy. My sealed sauce wasn’t even all the way full and looked like some had been skimped out.
