Phone service is awful. Even when I spoke to a “real” person she just repeated everything I said back to her. The phone call took 10 minutes when it could have taken 30 seconds. She also offered me a discount that was the exact same price as the pizza without the “discount”. Get it together.

We ordered two of the sandwiches. Both had burned cheese all down both sides of bread. The bread was too hard to even eat. There might have been 1/4 cup of meat and veggies on each sandwich. Will not ever be eating there again. Note I remember why we stopped eating Domino’s years ago.

Been her about 8 times in past month every single time I had to wait a minimum of twenty minutes that’s after I had already gave it about 20 minutes to get there after I order I get it when the place is busy my problem is the dishonest employees who tell you oh it’s in the oven it will be five mins then 15 minutes later another employee lies again and says oh the just put it in the oven. How about instead of the nonsense I have experienced multiple time now make the pizza tracker accurate so I don’t waste my time driving to sit there 30 minutes because the tracker says it’s ready when in reality it’s not started I just want honesty if it’s gonna take an hour then tel us I mean why else order online then to avoid sitting in the damn place forever get it together management teach your employees to be honest about wait time

We used to love this particular Domino’s. They always had the best pizzas. The last few times we’ve ordered from here, we’ve been disappointed.
The last time we placed an order, when we walked in to pick our food up, we had to wait several minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us standing there. We were finally handed our order and took it home only to realize one of our pizzas was overcooked & & the other-a philly cheese steak pizza- was missing green peppers and looked like it had been thrown into the box as all the cheese/toppings were messed up (see photo).

Very very bad place to get food specially from here . Wait line is 2hrs + and rarely anyone is here . The workers are DISGUSTING and use no gloves and even don’t replace them. I watched a woman who was rolling dough stop what she’s doing with gloves on and worked on a computer and DIDNT change them. It’s bad service and not a good place to order anything from!

Made an online order the day before for an 11:15AM carryout. Went to the restaurant to pick up the order just to find the building was closed with no prior notice. Turns out, nobody opened the restaurant. When trying to contact customer support, I was given the run around by an AI voice system. Hope they at least fix their staffing issues in the future.
