I have been driving for DoorDash in Fairbanks since 2020, Pizza Hut abuses the contract system to outsource deliveries. Declining Pizza Hut orders hurts Dashers ratings but accepting them means that compensation is almost 100% tips on drop off. Out of the last five Pizza Hut orders I have delivered on DoorDash I have averaged $3. Most people who order from Pizza Hut think that the drivers get an hourly wage, but Dashers do not and the outsourcing practices are exploitative. There should be a 5-10 dollar minimum on deliveries, not $2

I ordered a pizza online and I swear I clicked the no cheese button because I am very allergic. I guess I didn’t and spent $27 on a pizza I can’t eat at all. I called and they won’t replace it without me buying it again. I know it’s a mistake on my part but I thought maybe they would have enough empathy. Where did customer service go..

This Pizza Hut is absolutely awful! They didn’t warn us that they ran out of mozzarella cheese and were putting some other [absolutely disgusting] cheese on their pizza in the mean time and whatever cheese it was burned, I would have canceled my order if they warned me since the cheese is a huge part of why I like Pizza Hut. I spent $80 on food after delivery and tip, all of which was pizzas other than one 6 piece order of wings, and they only offered me $20 in store credit when I cannot eat any of the pizza. They eventually agreed to give me $30 in store credit, and told me that it can be used at any store [I told them how I don’t live in Alaska, I was just visiting] and now that I’m back home I learned from my local store that I was lied to and that isn’t true. I tried calling this location back to fix the situation and they’re trying to tell me they can’t do anything about it. This is absolutely unacceptable, that was already way less credit than I should have received and now you’re going to tell me there isn’t anything you can do? There is no way that is true, your employees just don’t want to deal with actually fixing the problems that they cause.

I’m really disappointed for my order today. Pizza Hut have the best fries. I’ve ordered them before, not once but twice. Both times my fries were full but today it was more like a handful or less! $3.99 each for these fries bowl.

Not sure what is going on at this Pizza Hut. We ordered 2 pizzas, one came as ordered, the other had been tilted so the toppings had all sloshed over the side. We called, and after being on hold for 20 minutes, explained the situation. To their credit, they sent another pizza out right away for free. Unfortunately, somehow the same thing had happened and it was even worse than the first. At this point we are just giving up, but we will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

Absolutely terrible experience at Pizza Hut in North Pole. I DoorDashed my order and when it got to my house, I had the pizza and the breadstick box, but there were no breadsticks in the box. I called Pizza Hut and explained the situation and the lady on the phone was extremely rude, told us there was nothing she could do and hung up on me before I could tell her the receipt number. My fiancé called and she had the same experience. We asked to either get our money back or to get a new order of breadsticks because we paid for it but Pizza Hut didn’t have the receipt (probably a typical reoccurring situation). The lady was rude, inconsiderate and had horrible customer service. We still didn’t get the right order of breadsticks. If this happens to you too, go to the store in person with your receipt (that has the timestamp and order number) and box for proof.
What happened to common courtesy and respect these days? We will never eat here again.

Horrible customer service which is not unexpected in North Pole.
Pizza was not completely covered with topping, bare sections of pizza existed.
Almost no sauce on the boneless wings nor flavor, great cooking on the wings though, nice tender and juicy.
