I come here once a year when there is an Granby International car show. The place and staff is right out of the 50’s, very nostalgic. Food is good so is their poutine. A bit pricey but fair prices. I do enjoy the poutine they have a variety of it in different mix. But the place is nice and super clean. I enjoy it. The outdoor patio is half covered and new. Very spacious seating area. It steps me back in time when I was a kid.

My boyfriend saw an ad for this place on TV last week, so we decided to make a road trip out of it from Montréal. The negative reviews made me skeptical of even going or that I’d like it, but fortunately everything was a great experience.
Huge lineups inside and outside, including at the drive-thru, but that’s a testament of how popular this place is! Had to wait in line about half an hour, but our food was really good (poutine, hotdogs and onion rings). Tables were constantly wiped, lots of natural light, clean bathrooms, and nice variety of people of all ages. Will go again this summer on our way to Bromont to try other things on their menu…we were very satisfied

Interior is classic diner vibes however it doesn’t really resonate with pricing so be ready to spend res vibes. Food is alright. Cool experience though. Merci

This place gives old Mc Donald’s vibes, you can order from windows and eat where ever you want. The staff is awesome they have a funny red and white uniform and quick service. 4$ for a burger of the size of your palm was a bit disappointing. The chicken nuggets were from KFC. Fries were good but a bit too greasy poutine is good but the sauce is too rich for me. You have to enter to order food but you can order ice cream and threats from outside loved it.

Staff were very friendly and attentive.

This is classic roadside fare at its best so the line is long for good reason. The sign says to bourre your bédaine and who am I to ignore local advice? A 2021 study showed dipped cones aid in the digestion of poutine so do not consider it an indulgence but a necessity for wellness.

We stopped here on our way through Quebec so we could experience some authentic Quebec poutine. I loved the retro theme and all, but the food was lacklustre for me, especially for the price. Honestly I think I’ve enjoyed poutine more at McDonald’s and my local restaurant in Ontario. Good curds, but that’s where it ended for me. The burger was good beef, but like others have mentioned, on the small side.

Stopped by Ben La Bedaine after visiting Granby Zoo and ended up waiting about 30–40 minutes on this Sunday. The poutine was pretty overrated, the fries were too greasy and the sauce tasted like a very rich, almost au jus gravy, which didn’t really hit the mark for classic poutine.
The retro theme of the restaurant is really fun, and the employee uniforms add to the vibe, but unfortunately the long wait and mediocre food quality make it hard to justify the hype. Overall, it’s a cool spot visually, but the food didn’t live up to expectations.

Clean as a whistle inside. Staff friendly, even though we don’t speak French. We were overcharged by accident, and they brought us the change before we noticed. Top quality food! Delicious!
