I place an order at 11:52 AM today for our soccer team because the kids had 2 games and needed food in between so we ordered pizza.
The estimate delivery was 14-29 minutes. I called at 12:24 PM for an ETA, the person who answered said the driver was leaving right then and should be to us in about 10 minutes. I called at 12:44 PM letting them know that we never got our pizzas and wanted to cancel because at this point we are thinking our pizzas were never going to come and the 2nd game started in 15 mins. I spoke to the manager for some sort of compensation so the kids could at least eat after the game and she said they would not accommodate us because we cancelled the order because we no longer wanted it and we had placed it at 12:25 PM so the cancellation was still within 30 minutes. Again, going back, the order was placed at 11:52 AM, I think they forgot our order and accepted it at 12:25 PM. No accountability. Even the receipt shows 12:33 PM. The Assistant Manager Kelly was rude, unprofessional, and should not be in a customer service position. I’ve reported them to corporate and I will be reporting them to the BBB. Our players should NOT have went without because they chose to NEVER give us our pizza.

Ordered a large pizza with chicken and pineapple with Alfredo sauce. The pizza was incredibly dry and tasteless. There was 0 sauce, just a thin crust that crumbled apart with some cheese and toppings sprinkled on. Super grainy. I don’t know how they managed to make the pizza that way. It’s kind of wild. Chicken wings were also ordered and they were cold and gelatinous. Also the inside of the store was hot with lots of flies. Honestly feel bad for the employees, but still really bad pizza. Also the entire 15 min we waited in shop, there was a meep meep roadrunner notification that went off every 2 seconds. I just wanted some good pizza but it tasted like papa John’s never left.

The cheese bread wasn’t cut at all. Literally just a slab of bread. The pepperoni was cut in an extremely jacked up way. Some pieces were cut into tiny little pieces and some not cut at all. Not to mention off center. The sausage pizza had random mushrooms on it (we didn’t order anything with mushrooms). There was definitely effort put in to mess up our food this bad. It’s been a while since we ordered from here but I won’t make that mistake again. Steer clear of this location.

We order 2 pizzas, I received 1 pizza and someone’s scraps. This made me question everything about this place. If the food isn’t being checked before it goes out. That tells me that the food quality isn’t either. I was very upset when I had to go back to pick up my food. The manager refused to deliver the pizza after their mistake. I honestly will never buy another pizza here again. The pizza we brought back was under cooked and was a complete waste of money. I need to get the DM number. I uploaded a picture of what I received. You tell me as a customer if you’re ok with that? Poor customer service and poor food quality.

I ordered the 10 piece chicken wings, about $9. I received 1 drummet and 9 wings. On top of that they were so small, not a good value and I feel like they robbed me. I would never ever order them again.

Very disappointing with the driver, I was stop #3 on his list, and he even bypassed me for the second delivery. My mistake for tipping the driver in advance (NO MORE TIPS DOMINOS) pizza was not HOT, and soda was not COLD. They did make it up to me by giving me a second order SURPRISE—HOT PIZZA AND COLD SODA. THANKS.
