I took my youngest (first timer) to this location for a birthday meal, and we had a wonderful experience. Our food was scrumptious with good presentation, if a bit slow coming out. We visited for an early supper, around 4 pm, so the fact that our waitress took so long to come to our table and was so infrequent at checking on us was a bit surprising, but she was very friendly and competent. My kid chose a combo platter and a virgin colada drink, and they were perfection. I chose the new shrimp scampi dish, which made my day, and of course the biscuits were amazing. Overall, a wonderful place, so long as you’re willing to wait a bit.

Hassan at Red Lobster truly made our night feel like a million bucks. From the moment we sat down, he was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. He struck the perfect balance of being attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Our drinks were always refilled, our table was always checked on at just the right moments, and we never once had to ask for anything twice.
What really stood out was how personal he made the experience. He took the time to chat with us, made us laugh, and created such a relaxed, homey vibe that it felt less like a restaurant and more like being hosted by a friend. That kind of service is rare.
He could seriously not be a BETTER server. I wish every dining experience came with a Hassan. If you’re lucky enough to have him as your server, you’re in for a fantastic night.

We stopped in after a very busy day, the food was absolutely delicious! Our server Hassan was wonderful. He took great care of us. Probably one if the best servers we’ve ever had anywhere. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will make sure we go back.

Hassan did an amazing job and made sure that our table had everything that we needed and he was kind, respectful, and extremely helpful. We are so glad we came here to eat! What a great restaurant! Also the manager was very kind and she made sure everybody was well taken care of.

The food at Red Lobster is decent, with good flavors and a solid selection of seafood dishes. Service was attentive, which I appreciated. However, the ambiance leaves a lot to be desired—it feels outdated and frankly a bit depressing. Extremely dirty window shades, place feels like it needs a deep cleaning. The place could really use a refresh. It’s fine for an occasional visit, maybe once a year, but I wouldn’t rush back more often than that.
