Drinks taste great but for $9.60 you would think the drink wouldn’t be 70% ice. The price gouging is getting ridiculous, this is the third time I’ve asked for light ice and received this amount. I’ll definitely go again but that boba place couple stores down is starting to look really good.

My husband and I had such a great experience at Alabamaster Nutrition today! They have a large selection of shakes and options to choose from, so there’s truly something for everyone. The owner was so kind and welcoming — she chatted with us while we sat at the bar enjoying our shakes, which made it feel even more personal and inviting. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing service!! The associate that helped us was so kind and explained everything to us in such a helpful way! We eventually ordered 2 shakes after being super indecisive and asking a million questions! So thankful she was so kind and didn’t make us feel rushed! We ordered the praline & cream and the rice crispy shakes. absolutely amazing and can’t even tell they’re healthy!! Such a clean and cute environment and perfect for a coffee date or homework! Would recommend and will definitely be back!!

I purchased a loaded tea from here and it was so bitter and gross. I literally took 3 sips and threw it away. I wasted nearly $12 on a loaded tea. It didn’t have a tropical taste at all!

This place has the best teas!! Every flavor is so good and refreshing. If you are wanting a caffeine kick but not wanting the crash, I definitely recommend trying out a loaded tea.

AWESOME STAFF!!! I went in and asked about a certain shake they had and was not sure that I would like the taste. The staff there told me if I did not like it, that they would certainly make something else. Ive been back numerous times now to try out different healthy options they have there and when leaving the new Crunch Fitness next door. Certainly a great post workout recovery shake and Lit Teas to get me through the day.

Only go here if you have alot of spare time. I have never spent 20 minutes in a tea place being the only customer there and still not have a tea. It was the craziest thing. The employee was absolutely busy making drinks for family members or something, she never rang anything up but was steadily making drinks and putting them in personal cups. We finally had to leave with no service, can’t recommend.

So i pulled on the door on a Sunday afternoon headed to an important meeting I was limited for time
The nice gentleman opened the door and insisted “miss, may I help you ?” I was welcomed in educated some on weight loss options they have here and he made me a shake- coconut crush AfTeR hours now how nice is THAT I will definitely be back for more
