My family and I have been coming to this Culver’s pretty often since it first opened. The atmosphere is one that I have not seen replicated. The friendly and fresh faced staff always make you feel welcome and almost eager to make your stay a pleasant one. Crew member Cameron made a point to genuinely laugh at my horrible dad jokes which of course made my wife’s eye roll. The food always tastes fresh and looks like the pictures on the menu. The eating area is always kept clean and tables freshened up. The fact you can watch sports while enjoying your butter burger on multiple large screen televisions throughout the restaurant still amazes me. Even the outside eating area is cleaned and maintained like the inside. You can always count on a crew member walking from the drive through to check in on you while you are dining outside. This Culver’s is top notch and rightfully earned the 2025 Culver’s Crew Challenge Gold Finalist award (shown in picture). Crew member Cameron explained that means they are competing against 4 other locations and a top winner will be named in the near future. I am not a betting man but my money is on this location winning. So stop on by, grab a Custard concrete mixer, tell a joke and catch the game on the television. While you are here you are practically family.

Been going here pretty much ever since the place opened. And to be honest, not once have I had a bad experience. Food is very consistent. Customer service is above and beyond. And the atmosphere is great. I’ve never had a problem finding seating. Food is always on time. Definitely on the best fast food restaurants in sierra vista.

Their menu can be pretty pricey, but definitely worth the splurge! I believe there’s no other fast food restaurant like Culver’s! Their frozen custard is sooo thick and creamy, and their pretzel bites are so fluffy and have just the right amount of salt. That paired with their cheese sauce is a match made in Heaven!

Seafood day for us muslim girls but everything was pretty spot on for fast food. I’d recommend getting more of the jumbo shrimp over the fried cod, my sister is obsessed with their fries & now I understand why – the perfect crispy crinkle cut. Sauces are delish & the bun was also good surprisingly, they forgot to give us ketchup even tho we asked :/

The food wasn’t bad and pretty much what you should expect from a mid tier fast food establishment. I gave two stars for service though because I prefer ordered for pickup. When I arrived and “checked in” we still had to wait a considerable amount of time to get our order handed to us from behind the counter. Also, they didn’t add the sauce I ordered and the extra boom boom sauce I paid for. Attention to detail people.

This Culver’s isn’t just good it’s legendary. The employees? So friendly, I’m convinced they’re contractually obligated to be sunshine in human form. The service? Faster than my self control disappears when I see cheese curds. And if there’s ever a mistake (which is rare), they don’t just fix it they go above and beyond to make things more than right
But let’s get to the real stars of the show. The vanilla custard with raspberries? Absolute perfection. It’s smoother than a pick up line from Ryan Gosling and pairs so well with the tart raspberries that I’m now emotionally attached. I may or may not have shed a tear while eating it.
And then there’s the mushroom burger. Oh. My. Goodness. The mushrooms are cooked to that perfect, juicy, flavor packed level, the cheese is melty in all the right ways, and the whole thing just hits. It’s like a warm hug from someone who actually knows how to hug.
10/10, would happily take up permanent residency in this Culver’s if they’d let me.

When you have a world class manager like John Clam it was no surprise our experience at the Sierra Vista Culver’s was going to be an excellent experience. To see a manager up front behind the cash register when the place is very busy show you that customer service matters. The food was great and the staff was very pleasant. We need to eat a little less next time to save room for some more ice cream our next visit. Update visit: still 5 stars 12/26/22

We now visit this fast food venue so much, I would be updating basically every week, so as of July 24, service always amazing, food still on point. Parking lot is basically always packed.

First time visiting Culver’s and I must say I was blown away at how nice the staff was, how clean the restaurant was, and best of all how good the double butter burger with FREE bacon was! I guess Mondays are free bacon days so it was an easy choice to try a double butter buyer. It was so good I decided to come back tonight for a spicy chicken sandwich. The sweet treats are also very good. Please put one in Las Vegas. Much better than in n out or farmer boys.

Service was incredibly quick despite it being weekend lunch time. First time trying Culver’s, very similar to Five Guys at a fraction of the price. Crinkle fries were a welcome switch up for fast food. Dog friendly outdoor seating!
