As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Rally’s – Checker’s, I’m not sure who’s idea it was to use that Thick, Dry, hard bread on them thin Patty’s ??? It’s not enough ketchup packs for that mess. You have lost a customer. This my 3rd and last Dry as cotton in the Sahara desert bun sandwich… I stopped on Lawrenceville Hwy, the man just handed me the burger not even saying hello! Just that will be $1.98 I’m not expecting red carpet treatment but gosh at least say Hello… Change that bun back, or ask people which one they want… I wasted my $2

I ordered a pretzel sandwich combo and an order of mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella and fries were really good but when I went to go open my sandwich it was not a pretzel burger. I wanted to call the store to verify if they were just out of pretzel buns however the phone number is out of service and the checkers website has no contact page. I don’t want to drive all the way back to be told we are out of pretzel buns. ♀️

Terrible service. Not only did I pay for my order and received the wrong items, I was accuse of trying to “get free food” when employees weren’t even sure what I ordered. Food was bad I literally have been fighting food poisoning from here. DO NOT GO HERE

This place is a complete joke. Online it shows they’re open until 2:00 AM — I pulled in at 1:25 with lights on and everything running. The second I got to the speaker, the employee literally shut the system off in my face and disappeared. Didn’t say a single word. Just vanished for 15 minutes while I sat there like an idiot.
If the workers here hate their jobs this much, either close the store or hire people who actually want to work. Absolute worst service, zero professionalism, and a total waste of time. This location needs a serious wake-up call.

It’s fast food, but not too fast. Homeless folks just hanging out in the open drive-through. Service was OK. Decent for a quick grab, just make sure that menu items are available.

Customer service does not exist here. Just people collecting paychecks and failing to do their jobs. Nothing but attitudes and ignorance. Music being blasted so loudly that the employee couldn’t hear. Had to stick her head out of the window in order to communicate. I do not believe I have ever heard music that loud nor that vulgar at a chain restaurant. Thought I walked up to a food truck. Service was trash per usual. Cashier couldn’t figure out how to use the app and got mad at me when I asked her to try my phone number or any other way. Cursed at me and slammed the window. There’s a reason this place looks like it’s abandoned most of the time. McDonald’s is exactly 1 building away. More bang for my buck and less attitude and ignorance. Checkers typically tastes better but not from this specific location. People need to be trained better……actually just in general. Clearly lacking.

Ordered a small meal. When I got to the window they charged me a dollar more for a medium because they were out of small drink cups. Wouldn’t give me the medium drink for the small price and refused to give me the meal price without a drink. ? 2 managers at the window couldn’t figure it out. Did not purchase.

I’m very pleased with the service I received here! I really love checkers fries and apple pies, but often the service is so slow and I just don’t stop. NOT THIS LOCATION!! I possibly took longer to order than they took to get my order to me!

Our order was made incorrectly. One burger was supposed to be dry but was drenched in mayo to the point that it was all you tasted. Additionally, the Swiss cheese looked and tasted like dyed American cheese. The meat was bland. The other burger lacked the ketchup that was requested. The drink was mostly ice and therefore the coke tasted like flat water within a few minutes of being received. This was hands down the worst burger experience I’ve had in years. Will definitely advise patrons to stay away!
