I visited ASF Whitefield today to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. The ambience was pleasant and perfect for a special occasion.
A special thanks to Priya from the staff team — she provided excellent hospitality and made our day even more memorable. She truly deserves great appreciation for her kindness, professionalism, and attentive service.
I would highly recommend this place for office lunches, team dinners, or even a romantic lunch or dinner date with your loved ones.

We visited Lava Stone Buffet for a team lunch with a group of 40+ members, and the restaurant handled the large crowd quite well. The place has a huge seating area, clearly designed to accommodate office gatherings and team outings comfortably.
We were welcomed with a mocktail, though the flavor could definitely be improved. The buffet spread had a good variety, offering over 10 vegetarian and 10 non-vegetarian starters — a great range overall. However, we were initially served undercooked tandoori chicken leg pieces, though the staff promptly replaced them with properly cooked ones upon request.
There were several main course options, though our group didn’t explore them much. The dessert section, especially the pastries, was a bit of a letdown and could use more freshness and flavor.
Overall, Lava Stone Buffet is spacious and convenient for large gatherings, but there’s room for improvement in taste consistency and dessert quality.

I visited this place for lunch with my team of 75 members, and we had a great experience. The restaurant is very spacious, unlike some other BBQs where the space feels cramped and suffocating during peak hours. The ambience is pleasant, with a good variety of dishes, all of which tasted really nice. The service was excellent—staff were attentive and very professional. They managed well despite huge crowd. Overall, a wonderful experience for large groups as well.

Honestly, the food was extremely disappointing. Poor quality ingredients, no proper seasoning, and everything tasted stale. Definitely not worth the price of 1200 + taxes. The staffs were very polite and courteous specially Arpita, Masoom and Buddha. It was nicely decorated, spacious, kids friendly and clean.

We had a wonderful dine-in experience at ASF – Lava Stone Buffet Restaurant while celebrating my daughter’s birthday. The food was excellent with a wide variety of well-prepared dishes, and everything was fresh and flavorful.
The atmosphere was pleasant, comfortable, and well-suited for a family celebration. A special mention to Taufeek and Ranjan, who served us with great care, courtesy, and attentiveness throughout our visit. Their service truly made the celebration memorable.

A new and personal recommendation for folks wanting to enjoy good buffet lunch, but with better food, service and atmosphere unlike BBQ nation. The place is a recent opening so it has a really good, and pleasing ambience to enjoy your time. The place serves really good and tasty BBQ starters with good main course menu. The food is also tasty and well served. They serve good BBQ options of paneer and mushroom, along with chicken, prawn, fish and mutton (mutton seekh kebab is a personal recommendation). Service is also good and prompt, and give you time to enjoy your food, unlike rushing you with food in other BBQ spots. They have kids menu and activities also for kids.

Wide variety of dishes to choose, they have multiple starters, they have starters grilled on lava stone and then on Barbeque. The kids section with pizza, cupcakes and popcorn is an instant hit.
There are some things that need improvement, ice cream is a big let down, no proper toppings or varieties just vanilla and Strawberry. The mutton gravy was not cooked properly. The mutton served was very rubbery. Couple of things stand out and are great Mutton Haleem and Mutton soup. Don’t miss the soup and shrimps.
Lifts are very dirty and stink a lot. Don’t work most of the times
