Food was good the server was really slow.
I run out of pop 2 times and had to wait for refills.

Appetizers straight from the kitchen and were COLD. The ends of all the bread brought to the table were hard. My wife asked for water on two occasions and I had to go to the hostess for it. This is the kicker…. They put an electronic device on the table to look at the menu and and other thing. It offers to play generic games. It doesn’t stipulate anything about it, but they charge $2.99 a game. We fumble with a few different games to pass time. When the bill came there was a charge of $9.97 for 3 games played. Not telling you that it charges or asking you if you want to continue that there is a fee….is dishonest…. I bet a lot of people that just look at the total price and pay it is getting swindled .

Ask for Allyssa, she’s the best waitress around. We always ask for her, sometimes she works the bar area also. You will not regret asking for her, she’s 10 out of 10 trust me. Tell her Shana and Josh put a good review out for her and she’ll treat you like gold lol.

Had a wonderful time with my family in the “corner” ifykyk we had so much fun, and there so much laughter. Our waiter was very nice. I highly recommend eating at the corner in the Olive Garden. The staff has a smile on their face and very sweet.

I eat here all the time but my server was a little to exuberant. He probably checked me 12 times in the hour spand I was there. I went alone because my kids were at school and I like my solitude and quiet. I also didn’t want to hurt his feelings and tell him it was to much. Everything was great otherwise.

Colin was the goat (greatest of all time for those who don’t know) he needs like several pay raises he’s such a sweet server and really shows that he cares. However the hosts at the front might be the most unprofessional staff I’ve seen at a restaurant. 7 stars for Colin 1 for the hosts

Probably the worst experience I have ever had. I orders the shrimp appetizer for my meal and they were out. So I ordered the eggplant. The kitchen forgot my son’s soup. They finally brought his soup and my eggplant after everyone was already finished eating. I had them send mine back because everyone had already eaten. It wasn’t the waiters fought, he kept apologizing and said he didn’t know what was going on in the kitchen. I always look forward to Sundays getting together and eating with my son and his girlfriend. Well not today, kinda ruined by the kitchen staff and not one time did a manager even come over.

Made our annual trek to Olive Garden today. The first table we were seated at had cold air blowing on it, so the very nice waiter moved us. Unfortunately, he was no longer our waiter in the new section.

I unrolled my silverware to find a fork caked with cheese. I set it at the end of the table for the server to remove. We also moved the filthy kiosk to the back of the table. The server observed that action and when my husband said it was filthy, she just said it was only fingerprints because everyone uses it to pay and they only wipe them down at the end of the evening. Of course, we were talking about all the other filth more than the fingerprints. This is actually a pet peeve of mine since everywhere they use these things, they overlook cleaning them. Anyway, I digressed. The server had to be asked to remove the nasty fork because she didn’t even notice it at the end of the table.

We started to order the bogo meals but the server said, “I think that’s limited to one per table.” She should KNOW whether or not it is limited, and if she didn’t know then she should be smart enough to ask someone who does. So we ordered one logo and one $6 add-on meal.

The service was otherwise good except that she forgot all about our takeout order. The food was excellent as always. We quit eating the breadsticks years ago but we try a taste each time we come. We were starving so we ate them today. Though the first ones were rushed as evidenced by the color and the slightly doughy texture, the next ones to come out were excellent and flavorful like we hadn’t tasted at OG in over 20 years, I think.

Nothing on the table card said anything about the bogo limit, so I suspect the server was incorrect about it. Either way, there’s other great Italian food in the Tri-Cities so we probably won’t be back for at least another year, if at all. Our other two regular choices are both much cleaner and don’t engage in deceptive advertising.

——— Updated after Owner Response…
I emailed this review to them along with their response. We’ll see what they do next, especially since my name is on this review and the location is in the “Location Details” on this page. So, their response reminds me a great deal of the attention to detail lacking in the restaurant itself.

Update: needless to say, I never heard another word.

Same great food, good service, but I’m tired of restaurants that allow a whole dining room to be disturbed by one person’s child watching cartoons on a speaker phone.

Also, the light fixture over our table was filthy, but the table was very clean.

Everything was great. Tried the new ravioli carbonara and it was outstanding! Had the crispy chicken added and it was really great as well. Audrey D. was awesome and took great care of us.
