Went in for dinner tonight, and ordered a KC Strip medium well. The waitress proceeds to tell me that the cook would probably come and talk to me if I ordered my steak medium well. Low and behold, the cook, who is also an owner, comes out and ask me why I order my steak that way. After arguing with me over why I ordered my steak that way, he proceeds to tell me that if I order it medium well, it will be burnt. I have never ordered a steak from anywhere and been asked why I want it a certain way, and then told that they basically couldn’t do it. Very disappointed. Paid for our drinks, left and went to a restaurant 30 minutes away that did not argue with the way I wanted my steak, and cooked it perfectly to medium well and did not burn it. Grumpys can do better. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible service.
Waited almost an hour and a half for our food. Got our food before our salads. To top it off food was mediocre at best.
Only stayed because we brought friends and had beer to cope with how bad it was.
They call it Grumpys cause that’s how you are when u leave.

Awesome pork fritter sandwich! Also the salads are light, but it’s a good appetizer before your big meal of steak. Friendly staff.
