This is one of my most favorite restaurants in the region. They always have great themed drinks, and the Christmas decorated rooftop this year was adorable.
My friend and I met up here to exchange Christmas presents and to catch up, and we had a great time. We sampled a few of the holiday drinks and then split some apps. The truffle fries, mushroom caps, and jalapeño peppers are delicious, and I highly recommend them. Overall, decent pricing and excellent tasting food. Our server was also very attentive and nice.

I cannot say enough good things about Stacks. We were passing through the area and stopped for dinner. There is a rotating weekly menu and a standard menu. Everything on the rotating menu looked amazing. My steak was cooked to perfection. My colleague got the seafood and said it was amazing. They have an extensive drink and bar menu as well.
I love dark restaurants where the lighting is set just right! Atmosphere was perfect. I also saw a person carry a guitar upstairs so I assume he was playing that night. This level of perfection would be $100 a plate in Chicago or Indy.

This is a great place! The setting is a neat and unique atmosphere. Our server (Alana M.) was excellent. She had a great sense of humor, gave great recommendations, was attentive and prompt! They have a great selection of drinks and the food. Everything from the appetizers to the dessert was excellent. The main dishes were amazing!This is a must visit when passing through and the locals are lucky to have Stacks in their downtown. We will be back!

We were greeted when we walked in. The restaurant was super cute. Books and antiques everywhere. They didn’t have a lot of vegan options other than the potatoes. I had a nice mocktail. I was glad to confirm the pancakes were cooked with eggs before I ordered them. Everyone else seemed to have liked their food.

Hands down the best restaurant in Valpo! It’s a family favorite. We have been coming here for years. My parents still go every other week, & every time I visit home (now live in Florida) we come! Don’t miss the cookie skillet. Their entire menu is amazing, but they always have incredible specials. Robin & Ashley are two my of favorite waitresses, but all their staff is AMAZING! Melissa is my favorite bartender. Jake is always holding down the fort up front. I miss seeing Becca all the time! They have an awesome rooftop bar where we will be having an anniversary party for my sister when she is home from Spain. We take everyone from all over the world here. Food, vibes, atmosphere, drink, staff, everything is the best! Forever one of my favorite spots in the world!
