I’ve eaten here several times, but this is the first time I used them for home delivery with Door Dash. My husband’s beef was flavorful but rather tough. I tried the Thai lettuce wraps, which were rather spicy but good flavor. Unfortunately the lettuce sent was what appeared to be left from the core of head lettuce. I’m not sure what I was supposed to use as a “wrap.” Thankfully I had some of my own to use. Disappointing.

Came to Prescott for our anniversary and decided to stop for sushi. Not only was the atmosphere amazing, the servers and waitresses were phenomenal. The food was fresh. Cold was cold, hot was hot. Didn’t do much waiting. Hands down the pork fried rice was the best I’ve had in a long time. All the sushi we ordered had beautiful presentation and tasted great. Definitely will be recommending and returning.

I had one of the best meals I had this year, the Spicy Mango Shrimp, and sushi and tempura we shared with the table. But that’s ultimately second place for what made a big impression on me.

As we were leaving the restaurant, our server came running at full speed to stop us. I had forgotten my beanie hat in the booth, and he didn’t want me to leave without it.

He could not have known that my hat was a gift from family, and sentimental to me. He totally could have just put my hat in their lost and found, where I doubt I would have ever found it. What he did showed a true care for me as a human, not just a customer. After all, we had already paid for our meal, left a tip, and exited the restaurant. And after all, they were extremely busy when this happened.

We’re going to remember this restaurant for sure.

We ordered from this place for a nice Christmas Eve dinner. We ordered on their own website, and went to pick it up to ensure a nice dinner. They forgot our dumplings. My dad decided to call just to see what happened, and they then said they couldn’t find our order. He tried to no avail so I tried to see if I can get to the bottom of it since I ordered. All we asked for was a credit or to be able to pick up the dumplings. Lady who answered the phone hung up on me. I should add, the place was fairly empty.

Really not great customer service. Just bummed us out. Will not be back.

This may be the worst excuse for Asian cuisine I have ever experienced. My wife got shrimp wonton soup, I had chicken and noodles.
The Wontons were horrendous. Heavy and close to being rancid and the broth was water without any flavor. My noodle dish was flavorless as well and had all kinds of membrane in and with the chicken, that was just boiled pieces of meat. There were two smal crowns of broccoli. Save yourself a trip even Panda has better food. I can’t believe I said that but its true.

Lovely service, beautiful presentation and fair prices. Our waitress was kind and funny, and I was surprised at the affordability of the sashimi. Nice variety or cheap beer, expensive beer, cheap sake and expensive sake. Appetizers were a bit pricey so I didn’t get one, but I’ll be back for sashimi or buffet!

Went there twice in two weeks. First time was for a birthday celebration. We ordered appetizers but they ended up coming out at the same time our food came out. At the end of the meal we needed the dishes cleared so that gifts could be opened. I kept trying to get the waitresses attention finally she said give me a minute. Fast forward 10 minutes later I tried again and she says to me with a very snotty attitude “I am busy right now” The guy at the register see how upset I was and came over and takes care of what we needed.

Then again the next visit we get the same waitress. We ordered appetizers and purposely waited to order out main meal. Appetizers took an extremely long time. We ordered three sushi rolls for our main meal. She repeated the order to us. When the food came out she had messed up my order. She went back and spoke to the guy making the rolls and looked over at me and they began laughing. Everyone was done eating before my roll came out. Horrible severice once again.

I have always enjoyed this place in the past but will not be back to this location due to the horrible customer service the last two visits. There is no way to call corporate as they do not have anything listed online.
