Absolutely a waste of time and money . Ordered double meat didn’t get it . Ordered order of 6 fried raviolis. Got 4 . All the food was cold and mini cinnamon rolls are about the equivalent to one biscuit worth of dough I also thing there fries but they are so hard I can’t even eat the things . Completely disappointed. will not return

Staff isn’t the nicest. Went to get a door dash order and the guy hands it to me. The bag is sealed, so can’t open it. Drop off to customer and she messages me that all sauce is missing and wings are wrong. I will get in trouble because the bag was sealed and I couldn’t check myself. Please if you dash, make sure with them and have them open the bag for you and look before leaving. They obviously don’t take pride in their jobs and don’t care if someone else gets into trouble. Horrible customer service.

I’ve ordered delivery a few times now and it’s always been decent. Their pizza is pretty good if you’re like me and like greasy, cheesy pizza haha. The soft pretzels were good but they only give you a tiny cup of nacho cheese. I had to use it sparingly just to have enough for two of the three pretzels. That’s really my only complaint. The mozzarella sticks were underwhelming, but typical for a pizza place. My gf said her boneless wings were alright.

I’ve loved EG since college. This visit was disappointing. I ordered a Greek salad. $7 for a side salad size and it didn’t come with half the ingredients. I had one giant piece of icky lettuce in the box, no cucumbers, and no feta cheese. It had cut up shredded mozzarella on it. I emailed and have heard nothing back. Really ticked I wasted $7 on cheap lettuce, was missing toppings, and they tried to pull one over one the cheese. Just don’t sell a Greek salad if you don’t have the ingredients. Then to ignore my email was beyond frustrating. My husband wasn’t impressed by the pizza, but that’s a live and learn. Sub was good as always, albeit greasy as sin LOL

This restaurant seemed great in the past year. My friends and I ordered yesterday and the employee seemed like he took the correct order. With delivery, we got lukewarm food and the completely wrong order.
We tried calling back in and the same employee was lying saying that’s not what we ordered. The order was blatantly wrong and there was no resolution.
I called in again today to seek a resolution and met with the same employee. He minimized my complaint and offered no resolution. I would avoid this place for the time being.

I don’t know what has changed, but I’m truly pleased that a positive adjustment was made. Initially, I encountered some issues during my previous orders from this establishment. However, I decided to give it another chance due to my fondness for Euro Gyro in Akron. Our selection this evening included a gyro, Philly cheesesteak pizza, and cheesy bread, all of which were exceptionally delightful.
