It is rare to find a restaurant that consistently operates at such a high level of efficiency and hospitality, but this store is a shining example of why the brand has such a loyal, dedicated following. From the moment you pull into the invariably busy parking lot or walk through the front doors, the entire experience is seamless, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant.
First and foremost, the customer service here is simply second to none. The staff members are incredibly polite, attentive, and always greet you with a warm, genuine smile. It is incredibly refreshing to hear the trademark “my pleasure” and know that the employees actually seem to care about getting your order right. Even during the absolute peak lunch and dinner rushes, when the drive-thru lines wrap around the building, the team handles the sheer volume of customers with remarkable speed and precision. They have the logistics down to an absolute science, moving cars through the line quickly without ever making you feel rushed or sacrificing the accuracy of your order. You never have to frantically double-check your bag before driving away because they simply do not make mistakes.
The food quality is just as impressive as the stellar service. The classic chicken sandwich is always served piping hot, featuring a perfectly toasted bun, crisp pickles, and a juicy, flavorful filet that never has any of those weird, tough spots you sometimes find at other chicken chains. I called the morning of January 10 to order a medium tray of chicken nuggets to be picked up at 11:30am. I arrived 1/2 hr. early and they promptly started working on my order. The people working there were very friendly and courteous. The restaurant was extremely clean for being January in Michigan. I would give them a score of ten considering how “customer service” oriented they are. I might mention their nuggets are great for a party and delicious. I know I will definitely use them again. Thank you Benton Harbor Chick-fil-A.

We enjoy stopping at Chick fil a’s when we’re driving long distance and this was the first time stopping at this restaurant. Perhaps it wasn’t as crazy busy as most of the places we’ve been to because the nearby highway exit is closed but we certainly appreciated having space and an empty table to sit at outside (with our dog). The food was good as is standard across the brand. It’s one of the main reasons we go out of our way to stop at these restaurants. Definitely recommend.

Everyone was SO FRIENDLY and SO KIND and SO HELPFUL. They didn’t want everyone blocking the door for a line so came to the table to take your order. The food came quickly and accurate. Employees came to check how things were and if we need anything. I love all Chick Fil As and the employees are always this way, but this one was TOP NOTCH!

Benton Harbor Chick Fil A went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, clean, and fantastic! Prior to arriving, I placed an online order (go us!), and mere seconds last, the lovely staff approached us and politely asked if “[my husband’s name] was here?” Food came almost instantly afterwards.
I had ordered an ice dream cup with my reward points (free $$$!), and they (Ben Jason) even asked if I would prefer it after the rest of my meal was completed. I do prefer it that way.

I’ve pretty much given up on this Chik Fil A. It’s the worst one I’ve ever been to. The foods never hot, last time I got a sandwich I could literally scrape the dough conditioner off of the bottom bun, it was thick from extra flour or something. Too bad, because when it’s fresh it’s good. Anyways, at least the service is nice.

Last week, I visited the store for my birthday reward, which was supposed to be a brownie. However, I never received it & got a cookie instead. A week later, I went back and asked if my free brownie was still there, along with another free item. They confirmed that my free items were on there, but my brownie was yet missing from my bag. Am i banned from getting a brownie at this location or what???

The food is very good, but the service and speed are the stars here. I eat lunch here 2-3 times per week. I do prefer a little more seasoning in the breading, but its still very good. I really suggest using the mobile app. You skip the line completely and roll right through the line. The rewards points are also very nice and occasionally you earn free food without using points.

I was visiting in town from another state and used mobile ordering option at this location. Arrived and hopped in the mobile drive-through line like all of the other Chick-fil-A’s in the country. Scanned the QR code proceeded to the second line which at most locations the second drive-through line is the mobile ordering line. I was approached by a very unprofessional woman letting me know that I cannot park there in the future. But she will go ahead and still serve me. I already paid so she had no option but to serve me. I kindly apologized and let her know that they need to make it clearer as there were no signs to let me know that both lanes merge into one. No cones. No signage. Nothing. She told me the wind must’ve blown it down. I’m just going off of what I do as habit as I visit many Chick-fil-A across the country. The wait was much longer for breakfast as well compared to most Chick-fil-A’s that I have visited previously with only 2 other cars in the drive thru.

I have not been to this location yet since it opened. I was not disappointed from this location as with any Chick-fil-A I have ever been too the employees are amazing and super nice and helpful. The food was amazing and I tried the Mac n Cheese finally. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a great quick bite.
